I am not a fan of Starbucks, Dunkin’, etc. so I always try to find local spots to get good coffee. Viator definitely delivered! The coffee was so so good! I loved the roast. I just got a plain latte. I got the smaller size, because I had already had a cup of coffee. I instantly regretted not getting the larger size, because it was so tasty!

Living in the PNW has spoiled me. Five years ago, I thought Dunkin was the best coffee. Now, I want to find coffee that is brewed well, is ethical and is brewed by skillful and knowledgeable baristas. Thankfully, Viator coffee hits all the right spots! It’s located in a cute food court with an outdoor seating area. While 87 degrees, they had covered seating that felt very comfortable. They were super busy, way busier than any of the other stands in the food court. I was shocked to see they were serving Proud Mary coffee which I haven’t seen anywhere outside of Portland. Obviously it’s based out of Australia. I enjoyed my drip coffee which was brewed perfectly. It was enjoyable when hot and even lukewarm when driving home (on my second cup).
I really enjoyed discussing the trends in coffee and other subjects with Ranson (Spelling on the name might be wrong). It has been a while since I have been in downtown Elgin and I’m happy to see the area is doing well. I hope that other areas in the burbs invest in coffee shops like that. People need more options than Dunkin and Starbucks! It is an untapped market and hard to find good roasters in the suburbs. If in the area again, I would gladly go again. And for you coffee snobs like me, yes you can find your coffee here while on vacation.

We tried several coffees & a matcha. The cappuccino, espresso, cortado, were very enjoyable, but the Mexican mocha was my favorite by far. I also love matcha Latte, & this one was good but not amazing. The service & experience was lovely. There are also other restaurants & businesses connected by one courtyard.

Went to have some coffee and kill some time a few months ago and I'm still thinking about this place. I live pretty far away (about an hour) but the experience I had with the baristas, the COFFEE, and the atmosphere are going to bring me back soon! LOVE LOVE LOVE the space and everything about the Viator specifically! 10/10!

Great coffee, great staff, great interior design. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that it's freezing inside (maybe to entice people to buy more hot drinks 😁). I would love to spend all day here, but I need some heat to thaw out my fingers to get any work done. Could use a few more power outlets to plug in laptops, etc., but that's not really in their control. Otherwise A+

My sisters and I decided to go here on a whim since we wanted to try different coffee places. When we got there, instantly we loved the decor. The staff was super friendly. The two items we ordered were not available, but they were very kind and offered other options for us to try. I ended up getting a bottle lavender oat latte. It was probably the best thing I’ve ever had. I will definitely be going back! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Staff was really friendly and received coffee quickly. Tried the salted caramel latte and I was very pleased! Bummed this place isn’t closer to where we live otherwise I’d be a regular. Highly recommend!
