Cannot say enough about this place and the staff!! Love the coffee, drinks, and the sop! The owner is super friendly and does such a great job showing off all the cute stuff in the shop

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Chillicothe. Great atmosphere, food and staff! They have wide selection of coffees, pastries, breakfast pizza and artisan sandwiches. They have a wonderful shopping area with unique items ranging from kitchen to garden to bath. Definitely worth the trip!

I love nats place. It truest is a small hometown coffee shop. All the random nicnacs are so much fun to browse and look at and I’ve gotten some Christmas presents there! The staff is super friendly, some know my order and I know whoever is there, it’s going to be made exactly the same way! (Unlike dunkin where they may make latte instead of cappuccino or forget the vanilla flavor altogether). I love having a little coffee shop close to home and never go anywhere else for my coffee. There are even drinks for kiddo like the lavender lemonade that he loves or smoothies! Their large pretzel is our go to after school snack! Highly recommend!

Coffee is good but a little expensive. The special coffee drinks are priced fairly and delicious. Staff is always great!!

Best coffee in chilli! Staff is amazing! I only drink decaf and they are the only place I can go to get a cold brew decaf. The food is delicious and they have the best gifts.

Went there today finally got waited on after about 7 minutes she took our order at 12:38 at 1:15 two tables that came in behind us got there order which was a pizza and was finished with it and all we ordered is a grilled cheese,cup of chilli, and a cinnamon roll. Went up to counter and ask the other server if she would find out about our order she went to the back came out and didn’t even come over and say anything wouldn’t even look at us so our server came back up front and was doing other stuff so we went up and told her to cancel our order cause we still hadn’t got it after waiting 45 minutes and all she said was ok!

Nats has the best coffee in in the area. The egg& sausage breakfast 🥐 is amazing. Personal recommendation to dip it in maple syrup!

I use to go to star bucks on a weekly basis but nats is by far better thier brews are delicious and there hospitality is so inviting I love coming there every other day to get my delicious coffee on my lunch break as soon as I step in it's like all my frustrations from work is taken away for a few minutes and my day is much better after I leave ❤️ and the staff do a phenomenal job at making sure you have everything you need! I have so much love for this business and the people that work there 😊
