Loved loved loved this place. Such friendly staff, delicious food - vegetarian and vegan friendly menu (so many good options) and just an a around lovely place. Will absolutely be going back to eat again and again

Great brunch, lots of options, extremely friendly, helpful service. And a fantastic cocktail menu. A real neighborhood gem!

Great dog friendly patio with amazing service and food! Beware of thieves walking past on the sidewalk stealing tips from the tables (cash only, btw) hand your money to your server or inside host person!

My favorite breakfast/Brunch spot in uptown. Homey atmosphere with the friendliest staff. So friendly that onetime the owner even checked on our table to make sure we were doing alright.
Sometimes there’s a small wait (15-30) but definitely worth it.
When you’re greeted by the host/ess you’re asked if you have any dietary restrictions, and bring a piece of complimentary pastry in alignment with them.
The menu is a little big which can be a little overwhelming for some, but everything I’ve tried has decent sized portions and price point.

Rex is an excellent server! Friendly, fun, knowledgeable! Food is delicious, ambiance is inviting, and the decor leaves nothing to be desired! Overall and delectable experience.

Great food and chill space to hang out and have brunch with friends. They have a bar inside, and board games. Once seated, you get a free complimentary dessert. If you have diet restrictions they ask you before hand. Plenty of vegan and GF options as well.

Staffs are super friendly, food are good, prices are reasonable, mood is warm.
Most of all I love the way staffs treat me.

We ordered the protein platter (it was not what I expected, I thought it'd have more protein honesty, but what I got was tasty and fresh) and the pancakes with chocolate chips (we ordered the gluten free pancakes because that was what our server recommended us; and it was good!).

The place has a great vibe. Our server was really nice, the host and the busboy too, no complaints. One of the best rated places to have breakfast.

But, if you ask me... personally I prefer the Golden House & Pancakes (it's a cash only place too)

Great neighborhood cafe with some of the beat breakfast food around. Excellent eggs Benedicts. Nice selection of vegan and gluten free options as well. Updated diner/comfort food.
