Come here if you want to eat the saddest salad in the world and have awful service. I don’t know why a staple like Z&H went away, but I think it’s very disrespectful to replace it with this place. I went there for lunch excited for a sandwich. I ordered a protein punch salad because it looked delicious. Instead I got a salad that looked extremely basic with a helping of guacamole. The cashier was texting as I waited to order. I was sitting outside and the bus boy brought me the dish for the woman next to me but never asked if that was mine, just put it in front of me. The salad itself was sub par and the chicken was dry. I didn’t even finish it though I was very hungry. Asked for a lemon vinaigrette dressing and received Italian dressing. Overall, I don’t recommend going here. Maybe the coffee is good, but I don’t want to place any bets.

Friendly, fast. The GOAT salad was delicious. It had crunchy seeds and dried cranberries, a sweet but not too sweet dressing. It looked small but was plenty. My daughter had a sandwich loaded with veggies and said it might be her favorite sandwich ever.

The only employee that I saw was the one making beverages. She did not acknowledge me, even though I stood in front of her. I asked her about the ingredients in a beverage and after giving me the answer, she did not ask if I would like to place an order. Two other customers arrived at similar times, and both were served. I continued to wait, as I wanted to observe if the employee would ever ask me for my order. It never happened, so I left and purchased from the establishment next door.

They are open, they are serving great beverage and their public toilet is open. Thank you thank you thank you. This is such an important thing, with the pandemic all cafes seem to care none about basic human needs. In short, this place was great. Also recommend their chill & nice patio.

First time at this place today instead of being greeted with a hello or how can I help you? we was approached with a nasty attitude bad customer service by the young lady with the grey dye in her hair she seemed upset that we came inside the little area which we thought It was okay to take a look at the menu on the wall while she help one other person kindly !! but her energy was very nasty at our turn smh the person is of the same color as herself was treated kind and nice and we was not! we was treated differently we left right away just so sad in this day and Time...

Female cashier with dyed hair was cold, rude, and tipped herself using my credit card without my knowledge (as mentioned in other reviews), meaning she signed my name on the transaction!! Beyond being rude, I’m fairly sure that’s illegal. Also refused to give me any receipt when I asked to see it.

Just an awful experience and I’m never coming back. Sincerely hope she’s fired or someone reports her soon, because from the other reviews I’ve read, she’s single-handedly tanking this business with her horrible attitude and immorality.

If you do want to come here, PAY IN CASH so this business can’t STEAL from you.

Coffee is good. Atmosphere is somewhat messy.

True North is a comfortable neighborhood cafe with really high quality coffee and smoothies. Most coffee in the city tastes burned or bitter to me, but not here! The coffee is smooth without being dull. I haven't tried the sandwiches, but will go back for those in the future!

The Person on the front counter was not helpful at all or friendly. I ordered a smoothie and a auto gratuity was added without my knowledge. The smoothie was Decent but my experience with the cashier left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be back
