The Wormhole Coffee

We walked in, but didn't get any acknowledgement. Went up to the counter to place our order. The guy at the register had a really blasé demeanor. The cortado I ordered was cold, bitter and nothing but foam. Was excited to try this place, but was not impressed at all and won't be back. Ipsento is a much better choice.

Chicago coffee staple. All the drinks are yummy and all the baristas are cool and hot - even if they're mean to you. They're still cool and hot tho

A major disappointment considering its lineage. The food was average and the atmosphere was just ok. The mussels, although prepared well were at best one half an appetizer portion with regular American fries. The bread for the average pate was entirely too massive the dessert offering was equally disappointing. I wont go back given the choices available in chicago

Nice, quiet spot. Feels like you're in your friend's basement in 1986, in a good way. The coffee is top notch and the staff is helpful and friendly. Will be visiting again.

Delicious coffee and baked goods which I believe the baked goods are vegan. The sweetest staff and very comfy seating. Never want to leave ❤

It's strategically located as one may easily access it using any kinds of transport , plus have a wide range of coffee brands made which suits ones preference.

The staff are so unbelievably rude. It was busy but expected for a Saturday morning. I merely asked if they make their vanilla bean latte with pumps as I was curious how sweet it would be and was met with the reply “this isn’t Starbucks we aren’t going to customize anything for you”. I was so taken aback and will never waste my time coming here again when there are plenty of amazing unique shops in wicker and bucktown.

Friends from Coral Sword in Houston told me to check this place out, they were right! Old school vdeo games, excellent coffee, yes on both counts. The koopa troopa is excellent. Get it iced on a warm day. Gotta visit if you're nearby.
