I've always seen this place when doing food deliveries and today I had the chance to stop by. Unfortunately it was closed 😔 BUT the owners were there and they made me a cup of coffee they opened their store for a few minutes just for me. Can't thank you enough and best believe I'll come back on the weekend can't wait to try your pastries. I highly recommend this place this 10 times better than Starbucks. Support your local coffee shop!
And to the owners: thank you once again I felt welcomed. Muchas gracias!!

Good things often come in scruffy packages. It's no Starbucks to look at but the coffee drinks are better by a mile. The owners and relatives work the counter. They are knowledgable and very friendly. They roast on site so be sure to pick up some of their Brazilian and Colombian espresso beans. It is the best espresso in Chicago and I have tried them all.

The owners are just as sweet as the Vietnamese iced coffee. It's a little bit of a wait to get coffee, but my god, it's so delicious. I can't wait to go back again and again; this may be my new coffee spot.

Alright I can’t explain how but this is legit the best coffee place to get coffee and pastries . I already had a top three but this just became my number one spot to get coffee now. Their iced café con leche was good af (with oak milk). My girlfriend got the iced brown sugar coffee and she loved it. I will be a returning customer. I wish it open later but maybe the owner will reply as to why but god damn the coffee is great.

The Cafe Bon Bom was amazing. The owners are genuine and shared a lot of great information about coffee beans. I strongly encourage you to enjoy the coffee there and have a conversation with them.

The service was quick and staff was very friendly. I had the iced Mocha with the Pan De Queso and it was delicious! Would visit them again soon.

I’ve been living in Portage Park 2 years now.
Usually go to portage grounds for my coffee or tea fix with a little snack on the side.
This place is authentic and truly Unique. You cannot get fresher coffee than this. It’s truly a gem.
Love it!!!

If you want to have the best coffee and most delicious pastries in all of Chicago, this little place is a must. My husband and I fell in love with this coffee shop from day one with the warm hospitality and treatment by the owners NaÃma and Antonio. Every time we go there it feels like a big neighborhood family. So skip that typical hipster joint and go have coffee made with real love and take some bags of coffee home. The pastries are gone quickly so make sure to stop by early.

This place is adorable, and so is the couple who started it and runs it! They are a small business and self taught (ask them how they furnished their coffee shop for some DIY inspiration). They have great coffee, and AMAZING homemade South American pastries. They also sell great coffee beans that my husband and I keep in stock at home.

These people treat you like family. They will go over every coffee they have with you and although I don’t like every blend some of them, especially the Sumatra are incredible!
They give each pour over the attention it deserves! They are truly gems and honestly my favorite coffee spot in Chicago!
