Such a great atmosphere and options for everyone. Try the spicy mocha or CBD Spritzer!

Good espresso bar, with all profits donated for depression and suicide prevention. Great espresso for a great cause, pay them a visit!!

Amazing coffee and amazing mission. The barista with pink hair is the absolute sweetest and made me the most perfect latte I've ever had. I'm a grad student, and it's a perfect place to get work done whether it's with a group or by myself!

I came here after being recommended by a mental health professional to check it out. It has a very nice atmosphere! (although I don't entirely understand the wall art in one of the bathrooms.) The coffee I had was sooo good! Drove out from the suburbs to get there, found parking on the street just a block over, experienced kindness from the staff... definitely plan on coming back and talking about it with my friends!

Great coffee! I've always been a big fan of Dark Matter Coffee since I first tried it 2 years ago. I came in and had a mocha and a spinach croissant. Both were excellent. My reason for coming was due to the association with Hope For the Day, a cause worthy of attention. I would up buying a tumbler for $20 as well.

They have wifi available to work remotely. My only minor complaint is the seating at the counter. The chairs are a bit of a feat for me to climb at my 5'2" stature. Over time, it got a bit uncomfortable for me to sit on the chair.

The greatest coffee shop on the planet. Such a great cause. Such nice baristas. A beautiful mural on the wall and great resources for those battling depression or anxiety. This is the only coffee shop I want to spend my money at. Thank you for existing, Sip of Hope Coffee Bar. We need more safe spaces like this in Chicago.

The atmosphere is conducive to community and discussion for friends or complete strangers. SoH provides mental health resources in abundance and I was impressed at the amount of info I walked away with.

I went with a group of church friends and we felt very welcome and comfortable. The Conversation Cafe was hosting an event and individuals took turns sharing stories of adversity and/or triumph in their own or loved one's lives. It is a great place and I'll definitely be back to visit again!

I'd been wanting to visit this place for awhile, and I'm so glad I finally got to!

Excellent coffee shop in the Logan Square neighborhood. An escape from the popularity of Milwaukee Ave, the staff here is great, the service is fast and friendly, and the layout is accommodating of single or group workers, meetings, or a place to post up with your favorite book. Prices for a simple beverage are $2.5-$3 with refills. The soundtrack is always pleasing and conducive to concentration. The place gets plenty of natural night, making it a great location to post up for a while. I love this spot.

Not only is this one of my favorite places to grab am excellent cup of coffee, but their mission is worth supporting.

Great space as well, with pieces from tons of local artists.

If you're a fan of Totoro, don't forget to check out the bathroom 😉
