I have been coming here for 2 years. The owner and staff are great people. The coffee is excellent and so are the teas offered. It is a great neighborhood place that deserves everyone's support!
Here are my suggestions

Maintain your website so hours of business are available quickly

Record a good message on your phone with address and any changes in business hours.

More frequent cleaning of tables since people are in and out

Vegan breakfast taco with potato and onion tomatoe green pepper and possibly vegan cheese.

Our new neighborhood coffee shop! We absolutely love everything about this place. Great people, home-y food, and perfect coffee.

Very cozy place with a huge selection of coffee and tea. The staff are very pleasant and good looking. Nice place to sit for a while and relax with your drink.

The first time I came in here I realized I had found “my people”, and that alone is quite a feat. Cozy, friendly, creative, unfussy, and there is always a place to sit and work. I have never had anything less than exactly the experience I wanted to have on a particular day in an uptown coffee shop.

The coffee and breakfast tacos are the staples.

I have yet to know an answer to their morning trivia.

Our day in Archer Ave was super hot and just didn't feel like a heavy meal. We found Emerald City Uptown and it was perfect! Chicken salad on croissant and turkey wrap were just what we wanted! They have a nice breakfast and lunch selection. Another "must try" while in Archer Ave!

Superb coffee and pastries. Staff was super friendly both times we visited. Very large space and multiple seating options to read and work. Board games available and the walls are filled with beautiful art. We will definitely be coming here whenever we are in Chicago!

Loved this little neighborhood find! Best coffee ever! Try the dark roast....WOW! AMAZING!
My husband tried the cinnamon buns and said it was one of the best he's ever had! The egg tacos with potatoes and cheese were also DELISH! TOTALLY RECOMMEND this place!

Cozy atmosphere complete with books and board games! I got a cold brew with a shot of mocha flavor; usually I add cream to my coffee, but this didn't need any! Just the coffee by itself with a hint of mocha was deliciousss!! Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for something local to try!

Emerald City's muffins are the best! Fresh & tasty. The barista/cashier today (Wednesday afternoon) is very patient & helpful
