Friendly baristas and staff. Large space with a lot of seating. Homey/cozy vibes. Local performances. Great neighborhood coffee shop.

One of my favorite cafes and a neighborhood staple! The breakfast tacos are delicious, all the drinks are well made, and their specialty drinks are particularly good! Plenty of seating, plus games and puzzles! (once indoor dining resumes)

The service here is awesome! Great coffee, and the butterscotch cookies are so good! It gets chilly though, as all cafes do, so bring a jacket. Significant seating that's well spaced out. They also have games if you've got time to play with friends.

Emerald City Uptown provides great service and even better coffee and food :). The breakfast tacos are amazing. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the team there is excellent. My recommendations are: cold brew with oat milk, Macha Latte, BLT, and bacon breakfast taco with homemade salsa! Can't go wrong, but these are my favorites. If you are more adventurous like my boyfriend is try the Blake!

I love this place. I've been going here for a couple months now almost every day. Their dark roast is great. Bitter without being burnt. Their mochas are also great as long as you get them done with whole milk (or in their case a 2%/heavy cream mixture). Probably the best around for me. I got it with just the 2% once and it was pretty awful. But the staff is always pleasant and quick to help you. Everyone working there always has a smile on their faces and I'm happy to start my mornings with them.

Cozy place for reading and studying. Coffee excellent. The staff is nice. The lunch sandwiches are delicious. Everything is made to order so service is slow. You can call ahead to have sandwich prepared before you arrive. There is a daily trivia question that can save you .25 off your order.

I like this place. They have a free coffee system.

I get my morning coffee fix from here. They have a really nice coffee menu and quite a good variety of tea. Only may be you'd want an extra shot of espresso. They have almost daily trivia's which give you a quarter off of your drink which is always nice. And they give you a physical punch card which you get a punch every purchase. And with 8 punches you get a free drink. ;)

I always drink same thing and always get charged differently. PS teach your barista what kids temperature means it’s not supposed to be boiling hot!
