Best corn beef hash in the area. The seasoning on the meat is incredible. You can taste the clove. I'd order a side of it any time I go there. The rib eye hash with fresh blue cheese is also incredible. Coffee is perfect. The owner and staff here are great. So much history here, I used to eat here 15 years ago. You can't go wrong with anything at the Edgebrook. Support this wonderful local business.

Decent food, good atmosphere, quick service, decent price for the amount of food. Coffee was good. I got the veggie and cheddar omelet, hash browns (I prefer mine a little crispier, but the flavor was good), with wheat bread toast (which was delicious!). Omelet was good but I felt it could’ve done with less veggies and more egg to give it more of an omelet feel. Servings were large; I couldn’t finish everything. Definitely a repeat place!

I was super excited to try this place. I ordered French toast and it was simultaneously burned and undercooked, black on one side but gooey in the middle. To top it off the bread tasted freezer burned. The house browns were also undercooked, the potatoes were still raw. Very disappointing.

Like stepping back in time. Classic no frills diner with above average coffee, great homemade hash and my new go to, the cornmeal pancakes. Family owned and run, nice people that make you feel at home. I will be back soon!

We have been coming here for many years. The food is outstanding! This is a made from scratch, full of flavor, diner! It is popular. You may find yourself waiting 15 minutes for a couple spots to open up. The wait is worth it!

The staff is friendly and attentive. And it a fun diner experience where you can eat and mingle with strangers on the next stool. It is a favorite breakfast joint in our house!

Honestly, I do not know how I missed this place in all my times driving up and Central, but boy am I glad I found it. It’s one of those classic diner spots with some of the best breakfast food I’ve had. Well portioned and delicious meals, some of the best coffee I’ve had, reasonably priced, and outstanding service. The small team was super attentive and the food came out so quickly. I wouldn’t take a family of 10 there since it’s a small place but worth going as a couple or a group of four if you don’t mind sitting in the diner stools. Overall a decent amount of people coming in and out, a lot taking to go orders. I’m looking forward to heading back there soon for another great meal.

Great food friendly staff and very local! A great Spot for families and solo eaters. They have full breakfasts and a lot of coffee options. Family run and delicious food!
