Love Doppio! Great staff, quick service, outdoor seating in the summer. They have a points system which you can eventually redeem for a free drink. Please support local coffee places instead of Starbucks!

The Mexican Chiapas roast is ridiculously good. All of the baked items are scrumptious. I am here multiple times a week, but most impressed by how friendly the staff members are.

Doppio is a great neighborhood coffee house, and has become a regular stop for me. Their coffee and drinks are delicious and they have a unique selection of homemade open-faced sandwiches, pastries, and snacks. But above all is their customer service, as everyone who works there couldn't be friendlier! Highly recommend this local business!

This place is just the best. I would live on their food and beverage if I could afford to. Seriously. Lakeview's own superstar. The team running this particular curated Cafe experience are so talented and know how to pull together flavors and textures.

I always go to Doppio whenever I am in Lakeview. The well-decorated shop is family owned and operated by a great couple. Murat is engaging and a delight to talk with. The coffee is superb. This is a great Chicago find and truly worth five-stars. Definitely a better choice than a franchise coffee shop such as the Starbucks across the street.

The owners are very hospitable and genuinely care about their guests. It is a great place to bring a laptop and work as there is a good amount of seating and outlets everywhere.
I drink their tea and find it quite delicious. The owner came over to my table to offer to fill up the tea pot used to steep the tea with more hot water so I could have more. Definitely recommend!

Staff was wonderful and made great recommendations. Coffee was bomb, but the pastries were out of this world. I would sell my soul to eat there every day.

I literally never write reviews but I LOVE this place. I’m constantly looking for new go to coffee places in the area and this is by far my favorite. Everyone here is so kind, the coffee is great, and the food is awesome. My favorite part of my week is going here for breakfast on my day off.

Doppio is my favorite local coffee shop! The owners are friendly and they are committed to high quality coffee and experience. I am so happy they reopened for takeaway during this time and recommend you try them, if you haven't already.

Be sure to grab a homemade pastry too--seriously some of the best I've had.
