Friendly staff and great coffee and tea selection. For coffee note that their size small is REALLY small. It's good, but overpriced. I also liked the lavender latte--usually I go for plain coffee but I tried it on a whim and it was unique and really good. For breakfast, they have decent egg sandwiches. You can customize if you want meat, cheese and what kind of bread (croissant, english muffin, bagel). A couple of times my english muffin has been kind of gummy, like it was microwaved? But generally they're quite good.

I’ve lived down the street from Cafe Press for months and it’s my favorite coffee shop in the South Loop! I would say prices are similar to Starbucks, but the quality of their products are amazing! A pastry and medium iced latte was around $11 but you get what you pay for and won’t be disappointed! I can’t wait until my next visit!

The lattes are tremendous and flavorful. The scones are delicious. The breakfast sandwiches are balanced and the coffee is quite good. This is a cafe and the ambiance suits it as such. It's a benefit to live close, because great coffee is a special thing.

We stopped here for lunch and were able to get a table without a wait and no reservation. The chicken sandwich was amazing, but service was average. We had a difficult time getting water refilled and getting the bill at the end, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back for the food!

Honestly i used to love this place. I live in the building above and used to bring all my friends here and visitors to get a nice latte. After COVID the quality has gone SO downhill. I don’t know about the food- i typically only order lattes, but the last 4 times i was here, I’ve had to throw my lattes out because they were THAT bad. I don’t want to go to Starbucks- i want to support local... but it’s embarrassing to bring friends here and have them throw out their drinks because they taste disgusting!!! Please train your staff to make good quality drinks.
Beware of getting lattes- they seem to be a hit or miss.

Nice ambiance. Friendly staff. Not a lot for non-coffee drinkers. More expensive that Starbucks, but that egg sandwich on a croissant doesn't taste like fast food, either...

Good atmosphere, coffee and service. The have gluten free options for bakery and it’s always been fresh when I had it. I like the old newspapers on the walls and the way the seating is arranged. On weekends they can add a little “kick” to your drinks if you’re staying in. I like coming here.

I drank The Best Latte ever, not super hot no cold... the Girl was super friendly... and Cute! I will visit it more often. BTW looks like a great place to work, cozy and quiet! Love it.

I like this coffee shop although don’t always habe certain croissants. I asked for almond and they gave me chocolate once. Depends on barista, some are nice and others (like the wrong croissant giver) doesn’t know what she was thinking. Coffee isngood however and. Ice place to do work. I do recommend however.
