Espresso Royale Campustown

Loved this cafe! Quieter than others on the campus but such great vibe. Boasts of an even quieter area facing street for some serious work along with good coffee!

15 minutes and $15 for a grilled sandwich that I didn't want grilled, and a hot chocolate with no chocolate (aka warm milk). Espresso Royale, everybody... not worth the time or money in 2023

I love this place! I 100% recommend the seasme seed bagel and the lavender matcha latte! One of my favorite cafes here in CU!

Love Espresso Royale and this location particularly because the baristas are always so sweet! They always make my day somehow.

A hidden gem to read a book downstairs at the comfy couch or do some work along the bright window facing the street, or a quick chat with a friend in those cutely painted coffee tables.

Really nice staff and good coffee ☕ adequate seating too.

Loved the atmosphere and place. Great and cheap coffee. Tried my first French press there. Totally blew my mind. All the writings on the wall in the basement floor and restrooms made it very authentically student-friendly. Wonderful staff!

Super friendly staff with plenty of options for patrons. I've been coming here since 2013 and have never been served a weak cup. Admittedly, I don't typically get avant garde drinks, but can vouch for their nitros, pour overs, and teas -- all of which are wonderful.

They also have vegan options which is greatly appreciated since Dancing Dog is a bit of a trek from campus.

Pricey, food wasn’t notable either, but it’s located right by the quad

Quick service and great drinks. I tried the bourbon barrel caramel mocha latte and it was fantastic. Prices are reasonable and they have good daily specials. Great little location to hang out if you can find an open seat as well.
