First time here, this place was packed. We got a sugar cone with pistachio ice cream & we got a free kiddie cone with strawberry for our little one. Clean environment, friendly staff. We’ll be back again.

Ice cream is great but....This place is always closed all the time even when Google says it’s open. The hours are abysmal anyways (who closes an ice cream shop at 8pm on fridays and saturdays???) and it is so annoying and messed up to always have your shop closed when it’s supposed to be open. Like today, I just drove there Sunday around 4pm and it’s closed. same old. I’ll change my review to 5 stars when it’s actually open for once and my time isn’t wasted like always.

Very nice small icecream shop. Close to the river in a very nice clean area. Seems to be a lot of work being done to really make this area beautiful. Very clean store, good icecream, and prices, has outside seating. Good to ride your bike up to with the kids.

The staff was very informative and cool to chat with! I had the Apple Pie Ice Cream and it TASTES like REAL APPLE PIE!! There is no ice cream out there that defeats River Bottom! I will definitely be back to try more flavors!!

Fantastic icecream is homemade, rich & smooth. Bob & Bobbie are the very proud owners. We were glad we ventured out to Algonquin from our B&B in Woodstock to try the sweet treats they offer.

Amazing homemade ice cream along with a full menu of coffee drinks! Cute decor and plenty of outdoor seating along with a few tables inside as well for cooler days! I love this place!

Great ice cream and coffee so why not combine them and have a coffee float. Andes mint icecream style. My son had chocolate and cookies and cream on a waffle cone. Excellant!

If you are looking for ice cream, this is your go to place! You can taste the love that goes into making each amazing flavor! My fav is key lime pie with chunks of graham cracker pie crust...YUM!

Best ice cream in town!! Handmade. Interesting flavors like Blue Moon, with a creamy taste, a light touch of fruit and vanilla, and a cute blue color!!
