The Brim Coffee Shop

I ordered an iced green tea with peach syrup and I was given ice water with strawberry syrup. When I asked for them to make the correct order they said "no" and sent me on my way. The barista was rude and didn't care that she gave me the wrong thing and didn't even try to make my order correctly. I was very disappointed with my experience there. I would not recommend going unless you want to say your order very clearly and still have to triple check that it was the correct order.

I love this coffee stand! Best one in town in my opinion! I personally love how the girls and the owner are so personable, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure my drink is right! I recommend this place 100%!

Best little coffee place around. The drinks are delicious, good prices, and the baristas are really kind. I love the iced coffees here. There is minimal room for vehicles to wait in line so if its busy theres no place to wait, but it is worth it. They have food and smoothies here too.

I've been coming to the Brim for a long time even back when it was the Bongo Brew. I've always left the stand with great coffee and each visit is a pleasure, I highly recommend the Logan especially on a cold day. 10/5 stars always recommend to my clients for the best coffee in sandpoint.

We USED to enjoy going to the brim for coffee. Trying to support local business right. They have 2 drive up windows. We pulled in and were behind one other car which made it too narrow for my truck to go around to the other side so i politely just waited in line. Then a car pulls up that can squeeze through to the second window and they were served regardless of the fact that I had already been waiting for about 10 minutes in line. That happened to us 2x and both times we drove away. Now why would ANYONE choose bad service and good coffee just because it’s “local”? When Starbucks is not only good service but GREAT coffee and they are FAST! The Brim can never get a cup of coffee out the window in less than 5 minutes or more. It was a rule that we couldn’t stop there if more than one person is in line unless we had all day. THEN they opened that second window and now it takes A LOT LONGER to get a cup of coffee. We no longer patronize The Brim because they literally don’t care about the order of the line, they just serve whatever face they see in the window hole. Good coffee drinks if you have all day to wait and don’t mind your position in line being ignored. For us, we are done going there and now go up the road to Starbucks. They are much faster and courteous.

We love the Brim! Great drinks and food! And all the ladies are sweet and attentive.

I used to love coming here. Great price, good drinks that look and taste good, and decent time. Now ever since they got a new barista, I come every blue moon. It's still a good place and good pricing, but they don't make their drinks pretty or as taste anymore.

They poured an entire scolding hot quarter gallon of coffee on my head and I have 4rd degree burns everywhere

Nice girl...way overpriced and they charge 30 cents for a cup of water...my purchase today for 12 oz latte and a small cup of water was 5.25 with tip 6.75 because she was nice....nice won’t cut it again...I’m here for the coffee
