I love that they serve COFFEE that the beans are roasted locally in Boise. The girls always get my order right they are fast and very friendly. If you want a true coffee that is not bitter this is your place!

Amazing food! I ordered a crossiant sandwich and is was better than I've had any where else. They mocha was really great flavor. Rich chocolate and not bitter

Hot Shots is my absolute favorite coffee shop around the valley! Their coffee is delicious; they remember you by name and deliver excellent customer service; and, it's woman-owned and family-run. If you haven't been by yet, you need to go.

I love this place every time I go there it never fails the best coffee around. Also their bomb bagels are well definitely bomb!! Definitely give them a shot

I dropped off my order and the young kid said it would be ready in 20 mins. i came back 20 mins later and they had not even started working on it. i waited there for another 15 mins and they still messed up my order (forgot to include one of the bagels i paid for) They have a bunch of kids working there, maybe they need to hire caring adults cuz they seemed to not even care i waited 35 minutes for a simple order.
