Best coffee ever! The staff are friendly and even when it us busy they are super fast at getting your order out! Cute shop attached with local artists.

I have been coming to Flying M Coffee Garage for 9 years ever since I moved to Idaho and I love it. The environment is welcoming and fun and feels almost nostalgic most times as a 90s kid although thats most definitely not the only crowd this place attracts. This place has good drinks and good treats at a really reasonable price and they have fun weekly activities like trivia every Tuesday! This place is a real gem in the Gem State. :)

Excellent service, excellent coffee, and awesome gifts. Some things are not the best for little one's to see but they do a good job of making sure those things are covered or higher up. We are from put of town so we love being able to support a local business!!!

Arguably the cornerstone of revitalized downtown Nampa. Amazing atmosphere, delicious baked goods and the coffee is second to none.

Best pastries in town... ginger cookies are my favorite! The coffee is good, and they have a nice selection of tea. The gift section is always good for a laugh. The staff can be a little disinterested sometimes, though.

This place is extremely unique and has some of the best coffee I’ve had. My go to regardless of the coffee shop is a regular cappuccino, and the regular cappuccino here is top shelf, trust me. Love the distinct flavor.

Parking situation is easy, there’s a lot of empty spots on the street, especially behind the place by that older style clothing store on the block.

The inside dining area is broken up into 2 sections: a more cozy type of “lounge” seating section next to their gift shop / ordering counter, and a much bigger seating area on the side of the place, that is 2 stories! A lot of different people come here, ranging in age and “hipsterness”, although everytime I come here it’s packed with students. Regardless, don’t feel shy sitting inside, it’s really cozy.

Gift shop is awesome and filled with all these weird little trinkets, gadgets, gag gifts and a healthy dose of those Idaho specific stickers, key chains, pictures, etc (you know, those “I <3 Idaho” type gifts. Makes the longer than normal wait for the coffee a breeze.

The main attraction is the coffee, and it’s one of the best tasting coffee places I’ve been at, especially anywhere near Nampa. Their menu is massive, with so many options it’s kind of scary to look at.

I think an interesting “business idea” would be for them to offer something similar to wine / beer tasting that breweries and wineries offer, especially since this coffee shop is massive inside and clearly has floor space to play with. I’d easily pay $20 for the ability to taste every item to know what I like / don’t like, since there are so many choices, flavors, and fancy names / ingredients. Or maybe offer this type of thing once a month if too much of a hassle every day, I think that would make this place extremely unique. Another option is offer a $10 sampler sized variety pack of drinks you can pick out, once again, to see what you like and don’t like.

Being the “Petty” Roosevelt of the review game, the only minor negatives here are the crazy lines that can form when ordering (literally wrapping around the entire front counter and to the bathrooms), and the whole Square ordering system (the touchscreen system), where you’re always asked to tip. Yes I know, super petty to complain about that, but to be honest I hate those things due to always feeling pressured to tip no matter what (which is called “guilt tipping” and is has been proved by science!). Finally, their food items (muffins, cakes, croissants, etc) are pricey, but always look very neat and fresh.

Regardless, this is a straight up 5 all day every day. Most of the time I drink walmart coffee at home since I’m always ballin on a budget, but whenever I’m feening some premium caffeine, this is the go to. This place is actually helping me drink LESS coffee, since drinking anything other than the coffee here is kind of a let down. All joking aside, this is a great place that I fully recommend.

Delicious cinnamon buns, salted caramel rice crispie treats, and snickerdoodle cookies, baked fresh every morning. The coffee is fine, but the baked goods are where they shine. Helpful staff. We will definitely come back!

Best coffee shop of this type that I've ever been to. Eclectic, strange and artsy. Good drinks. Would be a nice place to do schoolwork, read, write or meet for conversation. It's not exactly warm and cozy, but it is neat. Unique gifts for sale, but some of them are representative of the occult, which is quite common among businesses such as this. People don't realize what they are getting into and likely aren't even aware of Satan's grip on this world or his sneaky infiltration of their lives.

Flying M is a wonderful and very peaceful place to set back and relax and have a warm cup of coffee or tea. In addition, small delicious snack are also offered when needed. The staff is wonderful and very friendly too and Trivia Tuesday night is great.😎😀

I love the coffee, love the atmosphere. The only thing I wish was that they still hung local art like they did in the beginning. I had this whole goal of getting my work on their wall and then they stopped doing it and added a lot more of the gifts/novelty items. It stung a bit, as I've been so hopeful for a bigger local art scene here in Nampa and it sadly isn't something I've seen hit the ground running. I was hoping The Flying M was going to be the catalyst.

Nonetheless, the coffee always tastes great, the layout of the building is super cool and industrial, and it's great that they do live music. Get that art wall back up and running and I'll be happy to give that extra star rating I know you guys deserve.
