It's not difficult to be the best coffee place in Nampa. However, this is one of the best in all Idaho. Most Boise coffee shops don't compare. For some reason, this Flying M has much better coffee than its sister stores in Boise and Caldwell. Mystery. It is fun, yummy, and nice and dark. Sometimes really busy and noisy and feels like it's a celebration. Just adds to its variety. This is more than a coffee shop. It's a live organism exploding with coffee bean goodness.

Decided to take my wife on a date night here as she had never been and is a huge coffee shop fanatic, drove from Star, got here at 6:45pm on a Saturday night - they were closed. Website says you’re open till 9pm, Facebook says 10pm. Thanks for wasting our time. Maybe take ten mins on Monday morning and fix those hours you post online.

Best coffee shop ever!!! ☕️. When visiting our in-laws from out of town, this is our first stop. Great gifts, outstanding atmosphere, delicious pastries and customer service that can't be beat! If your anywhere near Nampa, be sure and stop by... You'll be glad you did.

Met a friend in DT Nampa this morning. I have always loved the Flying M in Boise and the one in Caldwell is fun too, but the Nampa shop is so big and airy with a cool and hip vibe. They are still thankfully taking COVID precautions and expect the same of customers. The coffee is great and a good value. We enjoyed a scone and a potato hashbrown type fingerfood thing with our coffees while sitting outside in the beautiful sunshine. Great location with plenty of free on-street parking. Picked up a couple of no-bake cookies for later tonight. Really, IMO, the only place to stop for coffee in Nampa.

Absolutely the best coffee shop in Canyon County!
There is a small meeting space that can accommodate 15 people and you can reserve it.
There are pastries to choose from and they also serve beer and wine. There is also live entertainment several times a month.

It's an amazing shop that is unique. They have delicious drinks like Italian sodas, hot chocolate, coffee, and more. They also sell delicious pastries and different nick knacks that are funny and creative, and they have board games, or you can bring your own.

It's just a fun place. The gadgets and gizmos are a blast (though heavily priced.) The coffee is just coffee, I'm no connoisseur. The couches are old, the clientele are cute college kids, not annoying preppies, though. The help is always friendly but laid back, not in-your-face like Starbucks. The music is always cheap or free and fun, with a quirky upstairs area to sit.

Maybe I caught her on a bad day but the girl who took my order was straight up rude and unprofessional. I walked up to her and another employee chatting about what seemed like personal, non work related stuff, I waited for about 20-30 seconds and she eventually looked at me without greeting me or saying anything, not even an attempt at a smile. I smiled, said hello, and ordered my drink... did not say anything except to rudely ask what size and if I wanted it go. The drink was made by someone else and it tasted fantastic but I was a little disappointed that I was treated like I was a bother by this employee. Will likely go back because the coffee was great and the place is cute, hopefully I will have a better experience.

Flying M serves delicious coffee! Locally owned and operated also earns big points from me.

Poor experience after expressing food allergy to cows milk and specifically requesting soy milk 3 times, I was still given cows milk. This coffee is too expensive to get all the way home and realize you can't even drink it.
