Coffee Cup Cafe

Took my folks here today and will never go back. There gravy is sweet and gross. The chicken fried steak was greasy and tasted horrible. And the wait staff didn't come back to check on us or to even refill our drinks.
What a wast of money and felt horrible that I took my parents there for breakfast.

Upon check out I asked the elderly lady if they had a feed back card and she politely told me no she was the best part of this meal.

The staff is always great and good luck running out of coffee the servers are very professional and great at checking up on your table. The food is top shelf I've never had a questionable order served to me.

The workers are so wonder! Helpful and cheerful! The food was delicious. I had a cheeseburger and fries. The burger was huge. The bread is fresh. They give a choice of fries. I had the regular. Nice and crispy, and plentiful! I'll definitely go again!

Breakfast was nasty. Hash browns and gravy inedible and was returned. Waitresses were awesome though.

Excellent food; warm and appealing atmosphere; friendly staff. This restaurant is by no means skimpy on portions! You will love it!

Great staff! Very clean! Best drip coffee I've had. Only complaint my English muffins under Eggs Benedict were completely soggy... Wife ordered an omelette came out perfectly. 3 stars instead of 4 due to soggy muffin.

Great service, very fast and accurate. Friendly staff and great portions of food. Absolutely recommend coming here. Bathrooms were extremely clean and that always makes me feel more comfortable eating at an establishment. Can't say enough. 4 thumbs up!!!

Good food and servers, but I had major problems with manager Tammy. Always had poor customer service from her (she works the desk) and I actually complained to one of the waitresses about it. Next time I came back she said me and my family we were banned from the restaurant because we "slammed the door on the way out last time we were there" So I guess I won't be coming back.

Went for the first time today. My test is always the hash browns and the bacon- they nailed both. The service was quick and friendly, the variety is choice. I will definitely be going back.

Miscommunication about biscuits and gravy. The waitress was rude and didn't think there were any options to getting the correct plate brought out until I was already resigned to the fact I wasn't going to be eating because of her attitude
