Coffee Cup Cafe

We have never had better service. Our coffee cups were filled constantly. Our meals came quickly and were hot. My husband had the Chicken Fried Steak with hashbrowns, he couldn't finish it because the serving was so large. I had a perfect waffle. When we are in town again,vwe will stop in again.

Well I would have given them five stars except for a few things. The gravy was Luke warm and had no flavor. The biscuits were on the dry side like they were day old. When we got there the first cups of coffee were luke warm. The waitress was great. Got the coffee and gravy heated up. She gets five stars.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The manager is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The owner is no better. Yelled at employees from across restaurant, bad mouthed customers for doing as their employees had asked. They have no business being in the service industry! Worst of all, EMPLOYEES knew the manager's behavior was bad and were apologizing and trying to make up for the horrific treatment by the hands of the so called manager. I do not recommend eating or working here, and encourage employees to look somewhere else soon! This place will not last with this management/owner.

This was my very first time at this restaurant and I am beyond disappointed with how it went. When I came in the greeter was great. She was very friendly but wasn’t wearing he mask properly. Nobody was social distanced and we were placed less than a foot from people who were hacking to the point where I damn near walked out and I should have because it just got more and more disappointing. The food was dry, Cakey and gross and the chicken blt salad was mediocre. I have left a zero as a tip maybe 2 times in my life and this was one of them. If I could give less stars I would.

It was a real homey place not to busy like everywhere we went so we were driving by and we decided to stop here. And im glad we did, the waitresses were really nice and attentive the food was delicious not alot of places can make chicken fried steak good. Everything was good.

We have been here several times, the food is usually good, except the chicken fried steak which smelled & tasted like dog food. Very big portions. Dining room is tiny, usually full and it is very loud, the waitstaff is pretty ditzy. Over-all nothing special really.

I never noticed this place was tucked away in Nampa!
Service was wonderful and food was healthy portions and delicious.
I lost a star only because they had people packed in there like there isn't a sickness to be spread. But.. to each their own.
I would definitely like to go back and enjoy more food :)

Very clean with nice, gracious staff. The food was well prepared and very tasty!

This is a regular spot for us. I've been coming here for about a year in a half. I'm so disappointed that service has been less then part since crew left to Kuna location. Today was very busy due to the holiday. We were able to sit right away. 5 min no drink order 10 min waitress finally took order 15 min no drinks we got up and left. Many people sitting and waiting on food. I'm a local and recommended alot of people here. Hmmm

Great atmosphere and food. Service was excellent! Best servers we have seen in quite a while. I highly recommend this place!
