BIGGBY COFFEE

Biggby was my go to coffee shop in Michigan, it was one of the things I missed from there but now I have one here. Woooo hoooo. It has been more than 9 years.

The coffee is exactly as I remember it(caramel marvel) and the turkey havarti bagel was perfect.

The staff were just as amazing and informative, great suggestions for my wife(her first time enjoying this fantastic coffee).

And of course I had to bring my OG mug to get filled with deliciousness l.

I hope more locations open up.

I've been twice now and was impressed both visits! The employees were very helpful and quick. I got the black bear in latte form and cold brew form. It was great both times, although sweeter as a cold brew. Also for anyone with allergies, they have a really in-depth allergen menu online which is appreciated!

Definitely going to be my new go to spot for a coffee treat. I look forward to trying more!

It was our first time here and sadly our last. The customer service was extraordinary and we thank Rowan (or Roman?) for being so kind and going above and beyond. PJ was also super friendly and has a very warm personality. However, the coffee is just… not it. My bf got a featured iced java cream latte and I got a custom caramel cold brew with soft top and they were both so bad we stopped and pitched them after one sip. The caramel one tasted sour and artificial while the Java one tasted even worse with a strange alcoholic-like flavor. If my rating was based on the coffee alone it’d easily be one star, but with how friendly the staff is I just can’t bring myself to give less than three. Also we had a gift certificate so it didn’t cost us anything in the end. I’ll be sticking with Starbucks because there’s an astronomical difference in quality (cheaper there too shockingly). Good luck to the business though, I hope they never lose their friendliness.

My husband and I decided to have a coffee date today, to try this place he hasn't had in 9ish yrs since moved from Michigan! The enjoyment you all brought to him this morning was worth it!! The bagel sandwiches were a tasty melty warm in your tummy deliciousness thank you! coffee was perfect and I was excited to try something out of my ordinary!

Amazing local coffee with incredible customer service! I follow them on Instagram but have never been before today. Saw their BOGO deal in my home feed and instantly knew I needed a hot drink on this cold, rainy day.

The barista who helped me order was very knowledgeable about each of their monthly specials. She even made sure to confirm a few special requests that I had added to my drink (almond milk, less caffine than normal, etc.) AND she also read back our entire order before we pulled up to the main window to confirm it was correct. I cannot say how much I appreciated this small gesture! When I went to show the cashier my BOGO coupon, she already had the scan code pre-loaded inside her work space - another awesome bonus of this wonderful place! Our coffees were amazing and I will ABSOLUTELY be back soon!

Hats off to the owners for not only employing smart marketing strategies to get new customers through social media, but also creating a wonderful new local coffee spot for people of all ages.

Look out Dutch Bros., Biggby coffer is giving you a run for my business. I have not been disappointed so far. Peppermint stick mocha and the white mocha peppermint are a great holiday drink. The coffee smells and taste wonderful. The waffle breakfast sandwich is fantastic. Stop by and give em a try.

I've been here once before and one of the best coffees. I went there this morning and I was asking questions and they made me feel stupid for asking honestly. I got a coconut latte. Literally tastes like bitter coffee no coconut flavor whatsoever. I went home and put some creamer and chocolate in to make it flavorful. I also got a bagel and it's pretty chewy so I'm not sure if that's a normal thing.

I stopped there for a great drink and friendly service. I Commend the owner for his participating in Veterans Day. That Seattle based competitor I hadn't visited for many years. Best wishes for this Biggby's continued success!!😎🙏🇺🇸⚓⚛

Not good. The latte had no flavor at all. Tasted like barely warm milk. Talk about a disappointment. Had high hopes it would be good too. I make better coffee at home.

Finally visited Biggby coffee, such a great experience. Staff was friendly and waiving to us even before we pulled up to the window to get our coffee. The coffee itself was on point!!! I will be back often ☕️
