Mystic Cafe

We've had breakfast, lunch & dinner here. The service is always good & the food is always tasty. The style & decor is pretty cool. My wife had a great caramel macchiato yesterday. I had the Cuban sandwich & it was great. She had the California BLT & it was pretty good. Prices are average for the area. We got there about 10:50 on a Saturday morning. By the time we got sat down & saw the menus, we discovered that breakfast stops at 10:45am on Saturdays. That was a little disappointing, my wife was wanting breakfast. That's really my only gripe which would not have been an issue if we looked at their website. We assumed. Nevertheless, Mystic is a great local gem

We had a summer berry salad with goat cheese cashews and citrus vinaigrette, we added salmon or shrimp. The salad was light and delicious. A mark in the annuals of a wonderful meal. We also had a red curry soup that just touched the edge of spice and sweet without going too far in either direction.

The atmosphere was fabulous. I loved the old barn wood floors and walls. The restaurant was super clean. The service was not great, but it was not horrible either. The dinner menu was small,, I would have liked to have had more choices.. (the lunch menus is much bigger) that burger though! That was spectacular! I got the hot California burger. It was one of the best burgers I have ever had. The meat was super fresh and tasted great. Topped with fresh avocado and tomato. The flavors came together perfectly. I will come back at lunchtime to experience some of the lunch menu items.

Great location, downtown Lewiston Idaho. Free parking, overflow and street parking. Our waiter Ric was smiles and took our drink order. Looking around at the decor was fun! Had a lovely Spinach salad with slivered apple, candied pecans, and a yummy 😋 dressing. My husband had a California BLT, he ate ever bite.

We were in town visiting a friend. I’m a huge fan of brunch/big breakfast. The hotel restaurant I did not seem to live up to my expectations. After a quick search it became obvious Mystic Café is the Lewiston Idaho brunch spot. One of the best vibes have ever experienced an eatery. Our waitress’ name was Hope, give her a raise. She does amazing. Great job back of the house. There were no left overs. 😁 We will be coming back.

I was recommended Mystic Café and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere of this restaurant is fun, and rustic. It has an old western and mountain lodge feel to it. For lunch, I had the Mystic Deluxe Burger with a side of tomato basil soup. My wife had the lobster roll with the rosemary fries. I too had the rosemary fries, they were to die for. If you find yourself in the Lewiston area, I highly recommend you stop in for lunch. The prices are great and the staff is outstanding!

The service was hands down my favorite thing about this place. They were friendly and always came back to make sure everything was great.

The food was pretty good all things considered. I went during breakfast time. I ordered chicken fried steak and eggs with a side of peppered bacon.

The black pepper bacon was delicious, although thinner then what I'd make at home. The chicken fried steak had a beautiful crispy crust and was seasoned beautifully. The gravy was delicious and house made. The potatoes looked like they were crispy too, but I was slightly disappointed to see they weren't. They didn't have that nice crispy outer surface and they didn't use any seasonings with them which was kind of a let down. The eggs were well just eggs no seasonings just eggs.

All and all for this town it was pretty enjoyable. And will go back.

The food here is very good, a tad bit spendy for what it is but the customer service is great and so is the atmosphere. Breakfast and lunch are my favorite meals here, but dinner is also good. Great place to enjoy any meal.

It was a date night so it was nice to have the music there but not so loud that we couldn't visit you could hear hushed conversations throughout the restaurant but never overhear anybody else's it was so relaxing.

Great atmosphere. Outstanding service. Apparently, this is the place in town for large groups. We had 3 anniversary / birthday parties happening around our table of 2. Our waitress (wish I would have caught her name) did an OUTSTANDING job of working our order in and waiting on us, even though there were other, much larger things going on. My wife had a BLT wrap that was amazing. I had the California Hot burger, that I would have to say was only so-so, but it was big, and the Fries were great. I do recommend this place if you are in Lewiston.
