Lizzy's is the very best coffee in the West. They have excellent customer service, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. They roast their own sustainably sourced beans, and the space is beautiful. If you visit Sun Valley, this is where the locals who know coffee spend their time. Lizzy's Coffee is perfection. See you there.
BEST coffee place in the US - amazing family-run business with a great variety of different roasts and hip coffee equipment! The owner and staff are very knowledgeable, innovative and run the shop very efficiently. My husband and I gifted a couple of beans to different people and they all loved them! Can't wait to go back!
We walked into Lizzy's on a Saturday when they were closed but they were setting up their new location and let us in to buy some coffee. Lizzy's coffee roasters has 15 single origins from Indonesia, Africa, Central America and other places. New space they just moved into features a coffee bar from 8am-1pm Monday-Friday. Store is open M-F until 3pm. Unique labeling contest allows you to submit photos to be put onto their bags. They supply local coffee shops (Kondeteri and others) around town.
My wife and I travel the country and stop at coffee shops along the way. This is our favorite coffee shop west of the Mississippi and in our top two of the whole country. Really amazing place with a super knowledgeable and passionate staff. They have coffee equipment, fresh roasted beans, and a coffee bar section.
We wanted a place to grab some coffee before hitting some hot springs. We stopped at Lizzys and it was a fantastic decision. The staff was incredibly kind and the coffee was equally as good! Keep brewing great coffee and wonderful customer service!
I ride my bike here couple times a week for a pour over... they are one of the few great coffee roasters ive ever run into... their coffee is done perfectly i buy the beans here and every week they sell their week old beans for half price.. gotta try them out.... open just a few hours in the am
The coffee here is enjoyable however the women who work here are all very rude condescending and pretentious. They're not friendly or kind in any way so I would not recommend spending my money and encouraging these condescending privelaged women.
Lizzys is an amazing place to get coffee. Yes, it is pricey, but their coffee taste amazing and they have oat milk as a milk alternative. Additionally they are very helpful. We werent entirely sure what grind we needed and they were more then happy to look it up and help us get a great bag of coffee, perfectly ground.
dI ,As Idahoans we were excited to share some local sites with our friends who had never visited our state. One be of those places is Lizzys. Our 2 families visited and got 8 drinks (4 for the adults and 4 for our Grades Kindergarten - 3rd children). There was good conversation with the staff and a connection with another patron - which may turn into business. This is everything a good coffee shop atmosphere should be. Our children were well behaved and the staff engaged with them well. Then the owner expressed concern over what the kids may do to the stainless steel counter tops saying "I'm not running a preschool here." (inaccurate for the kid's ages and pretty rude to say to a parent). Obviously, we weren't welcome so we left - embarrassed that we recommended the stop to our friends and pretty disappointed in Lizzys. To be fair, the man behind the counter seemed to realize what had happened and was apologetic in nature. Still decent coffee for the area, I'd still say the best, but I don't know what to think of the business now.
