Cozy Coffee

As one of the newest employees at Cozy I truly and grateful to be working there. Even through all this mayhem in the world we still get a pay check every pay day, and we get payed very well. Last paycheck I was making $18.25 (including tips), which I think is extremely well for a high school student. There are things that all of us are still learning whether it be fixing the coffee machine or taking orders. Tayller isn’t our boss, she’s family and everybody that works there can agree. Not one of us have ever been bashed by her or belittled. We are all under quite a bit of stress right now with trying to get our new shop opened up and running. We all help train new employees. Everybody makes mistakes or have bad days, we are all human. Sincerely,

Favorite coffee place for sure! Having been a barista myself, I’ve had a difficult time since moving to the area finding a good coffee drive thru. Enter cozy coffee. Problem is everyone else has discovered too and now I have to chose between sleep and coffee ;) haha but truly best tasting and most amazing crew that works there! Never ever a negative experience.

Literally my favorite coffee place! The staff is super friendly and my coffee is always incredibly delicious! Wish there was one in Houston so I could have it more than when I fly home to see family.

Mary V unfortunately it's not the first time a customer has witnessed the owner berating those poor employees. I hope you at least receive an apology for such an awkward and unpleasant experience. No employee should be treated as such either and I hope they receive compensation as well. I experienced a similar incident honey. This place will not be getting any recommendations from me. I absolutely LOVE their coffee and NEVER had issues besides the wait time but today was definitely a HORRIBLE experience! I went to get the Deal of the Day and paid with gift cards. The friendly employee didn't know how to use the gift cards as a form of payment, so he asked the owner (girl). She immediately flipped out on him and told him he shouldn't be taking gift cards as a form of payment for the Deal of the Day. (Keep in mind these cards were paid for with cash prior). She went on and on for like 2 minutes over why he shouldn't have done that. Over why you can't use a deal to pay for another deal. It was quite embarrassing and I felt bad for the boy. First of all how unprofessional, she could've waited until I left or talked to him in private, 2nd of all I didn't know gift cards had a restriction.

To tell you the truth it wasn't as good I had heard that it was. The barista got our order wrong. She made hot instead of iced but she remade them for us no charge. Service was very slow. They need to find a way to expedite orders faster.

Took a long time to get our order. But worth the 53 minute wait. Coffee was better then dutchbros and human bean combined.

Pretty good breakfast sandwiches , good prices and fast. As a lactose intolerant person I loved the options of different milk products. I would eat here again.

Tayller, Maci, Jorden and all the girls that work in here are AMAZING! Their customer service is top notch. Lines are long YES. BUT they do their best to work through them fast and with care of each customer!! Everything is always fresh and never pre made. For being so new they have been doing amazing!! Will continue to go there everytime I’m in town!

Stopped here on our travels and it was the best coffee we have had for awhile ...staff are super attentive and all around nice ...will stop again if we ever pass through again
