Hailey Coffee Co

Very cute spot. Sweet staff. Inside they have paintings and engravings on the walls of the history of coffee. I got a latte and a delicious bagel with tomato and avocado.

I sat outside on their nice little patio reading for a bit. It’s my go to cafe in Hailey!

Driving down from the Pioneer Mountains after a fantastic weekend, I was craving a hot sandwich, veggie based and a strong iced coffee. I'm so happy we stumbled upon Hailey Coffee! Great food, awesome coffee and delightful atmosphere.

My husband and I shared the roasted veggie pesto panini, which was stuffed with homemade pesto sauce, artichoke hearts, roasted yellow tomatoes, basil, roasted red peppers and topped with provolone cheese. Holy cannoli was it delicious! The artichoke hearts provided the same consistency as chicken without the calories. And the taste was amazing! All the veggies burst with flavor, must have been enhanced by the pesto. The bread was toasted to perfection. Paired with a strong iced vanilla latte my cravings were satisfied and my hunger maintained until we reached home! I would 10/10 recommend the food here.

*Note - I waited rather long for the sandwich, but it was worth it. Additionally it was Sunday so staff was light. I think there were only 2 people working.

Lots of pastries. Wide drink selection. And lots of seating inside and out.
Located right on main Street, this is the perfect spot for morning coffee and breakfast.

If you want to pay $6.50 for a half a cup of "gourmet" coffee and THE REST IS FOAM....this is your spot.🤦 I'm soooooooo highly disappointed in this place the last few times I've been here. What a waste of money. This is the last "half cup" of coffee you're gonna get me to overpay for!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRAVO COFFEE in the Ketchum Atkinson's!!!! Friendly staff, waaaay better tasting coffee, and $2 less!!!!!!

Breakfast - The presentation was perfect and the food was delicious. Bakery case with a large selection. Coffee menu was extensive.

Lots of tables inside, several near outlets. Most are 2-4 seats. Also a couple couches and some barstool-style seating. Outdoor seating, also. Someone came through periodically to clear and wipe the tables.

Clean bathroom. Plenty of free parking.

Their coffee is absolutely delicious! Love that they have healthy options and accommodate vegetarian diets as well. The jordan breakfast is 🔥

Oh yeah, good coffee, and great baked goods. Stop here for your caffeine pick me up.

I want to love this place. The coffee is good and the baked goods are awesome. However the service is consistently terrible. They hardly even talk, they don’t answer questions- they are just all around rude.

Friendly, fun staff, delicious coffee and incredibly tasty veggie breakfast burrito. I wish I lived Nextdoor.

My wife is extremely picky about her coffee - the barista listened carefully and prepared EXACTLY what she wanted! No small feat! The pastries were excellent and the food was really good too!!! Thank you!!!
