The Human Bean

This is our favorite Human Bean on State Street in Garden City. All the employees are super friendly and service is very quick. Only occasionally do you have to wait. I would’ve given this place five stars but coffee is getting pretty expensive. Almost the price of Starbucks. But I do think Human Bean makes a better cup of coffee.

Update to our review: I wrote an email to the company over a week ago like they requested, never even got a response. Now im even more frustrated, they obviously dont care and just responded so that they looked like they cared.

Our friends reccomended The Human Bean to us. We have currently been sitting in line for over 30 minutes for them to serve 3 cars in front of us. At this pace it would have been over 40 minutes to get ours. Ended up having to leave before we could even order our coffees. Go to Olivers, the alchemist (or anywhere else) instead. Typicaly we go to Olivers they usually have 5 or so cars in line and have never waited longer than 15 minutes including getting our drinks. Totally disapointed in Human bean.

Coffee at the Human Bean is always made of superior beans and the taste shows that. Not bitter like Starbucks can be. What Starbucks lacks in flavor it makes up for in consistency. Sometimes I get a surprise here - but it's always good nevertheless. So, perhaps i should ask the barrista to repeat it. IDK. But love the coffee!

My mocha was wonderful and they were so accommodating as I had never been there before!! Thank you so much for my white chocolate mocha with hazelnut!! Friendly and awesome staff!!

I waited for over 20 minutes to even order, and when I finally got my drinks, they were absolutely awful. I have never tasted a worse iced americano. Not to mention, we didn’t even get beans.

My favorite coffee shop forsure. If you haven't try there Snowy Diamonds. Extra sweet!

Every now and again they miss something in my coffee but for the most part its nothing to complain about. The ladies there do a pretty good job. I highly recommend this location for all your coffee needs

The ladies there were really friendly and helped me order my first drink there, since I've never been to a Human Bean before. The drink they made me was amazing!! I would definitely choose them over Dutch bros any day! I also like that they have real fruit smoothies.

I frequent Human Bean locations almost every morning and have been pleased with what they offer but lately I can’t realistically stop anymore. It takes almost 30 minutes to get through the drive thru line. I’m going to have to find a coffee shop that moves at a faster pace.

I had a punch card for a free drink lady refused to take it said we don't do punch cards you can download the app and start all over again. What the A. Should have honored punch card to a loyal customer B. I don't download apps on my phone that are useful everyday. Very poor customer service experience and lost a loyal customer.

Coffee wasn't coffee tasted like milk and water burrito was way over cooked couldn't even eat it biggest waste of money I have spent.
