Very clean and comfortable place. They had good pastry options that were pretty tasty. Coffee was good, but not the best in town. East Boise really needed more coffee shops, so I was really happy to see this place being built. It’s a decent spot for a coffee date. The employees seem quite young and appear to still be in training, but this place is very new so I’m sure it’ll improve with time.

I am a frappe kinda person, they don't serve frappes but got creative and made me a coffee that I enjoyed!!
Pumpkin spice mocha 😋
Also, the pumpkin bread was yummy. Love the view and peaceful setting of this place! Location is amazing. Spent a few hours working and it was just the right environment to be focused and productive. Will be back 🙂

I felt welcomed once I walked in! Tried one of the unique holiday drinks with orange essentials, and it was delicious.
There is a cozy little corner with comfy chairs to sit and chat with a friend or read a book from their collection.
Plenty of other sitting areas as well. Definitely a good place to sit, relax, and enjoy a cup of yummy coffee.

What a great neighborhood coffee shop! Delicious coffee and breakfast treats. Anyone living out in Barber Valley and East Boise, we need to support them. Let's show that opening a retail business out here can work, so we continue to get more!

We really liked this new place! Open space and inviting. The employees were all very nice. Both got a latte, SO GOOD.

Great cup of coffee and super friendly staff. My daughter loved the small cookie that came with her hot chocolate, it was a nice touch. We’ll definitely be coming back! I’m not a fan of the mounted TV, seems unnecessary but that’s just me.

I'll be happy to change my review if they change their price structure. My husband was charged $2.75 for an extra shot in a $4+ flat white...totalling over $8 with tip for a 12oz beverage. (they said they'd done "market research.") Here's some real market research in Boise: Coffee Studio, Dawson Taylor, and Zero Six: 75 cents. Flying M: 85 cents. Java, Form & Function, and Push & Pour: $1. BUT at Push & Pour, it's 2 extra shots for $1. I'd really like for Brewed to be our local coffee shop, but not for those prices.

I’ll start by saying I really enjoy a good cup of craft coffee + the overall experience at a nice, downtown coffee…so I want to preface that my coffee shop standards are pretty high because there are lots of options out there. I had such high hopes for this place as I live on this side of town (could walk or ride my bike!) and was excited to have a coffee shop option over here! Unfortunately I feel like they've missed the mark. The space is beautiful with big windows and lots of natural light. However, I feel like that's all that they really have going for them. The chai latte was just "ok". I found the staff to be not engaging with customers but rather just making small talk amongst themselves. Lacking general professionalism. The music playing was a tad loud and a genre that I would not pair with a coffee shop. I prefer a chill vibe conducive for conversation or work. The music was distracting and I had to take my food and drink to-go which wasn't the original plan. Such a bummer. I likely will not be back. I'll drive ten minutes into downtown for a higher quality coffee shop experience.

I used to travel for work 15-18 times a year and Brewed has one of the best flat whites I’ve been able to find in the States. Plus Susan was so friendly. It’s 30 minutes from my house but definitely worth the trek.

Inviting, warm, and fresh. This shop is a blend of the classic and modern in a way that is effortless and refreshing. Situated next to Marianne Williams park, it has a near perfect location with views of the foothills. The coffee enhances these qualities to create an experience that rivals any in the valley.

They are not open until 8:30am however which makes it difficult to enjoy.
