Lappert's Hawaii

I've only gone once, but the selection of flavors were very unique, with many being a mix of all sorts of ingredients. I had the Kaua'i Pie, and the coffee ice cream mixed with coconut and macadamia was fantastic. You don't get a ton of ice cream for your money(probably true about Hawaii in general though(, so you're going here for the fantastic flavor. I probably won't have time but it was good enough to want to go back and try other flavors.

Delicious! Lots of fun waffle cone options. Good and interesting flavor selection. Thoroughly enjoyed my white chocolate macadamia nut ice cream. Great smoothies as well.

Absolutely rude and unprofessional service from the two people (both women) who were serving customers at the store. Their whole body language was as if they hated anybody coming into the store. This happened at 2.30pm on June 6th, 2022. Why do such people bother working with a customer service role? Terrible!

Just as others have mentioned, the customer service was horrible. Extremely rude and short with customers. Sarcastic phrases when asked what the most popular flavor was. But the ice cream here was 5 stars!

Decided to try the Ice Cream while the wife was next door getting shaved ice, and was not disappointed!

Amazing ice cream, and friendly service. Wish I had found this location at the beginning of my vacation instead of the end, as I would be eating here much more often.

Coconut Caramel Macadamia Nut! 😋 Kauai Pie is delicious too!

This review is solely on their customer service as I was not able to try what I went in to get. I waited inline outside for about 15 mins, once inside (7:08pm) I was told they stop serving coffee at 7pm (they close at 8pm) due to...here it comes, people..."the machine takes too long to clean" Had they had a sign stating hot coffee is not served after 7pm, then, OK I guess, but they didn't.

Anyways, in so many words...their service sucks.

(3.5 stars) Interesting flavors dominated by chocolate and coffee selections. Uninspired service by a two who wanted to be somewhere else. The ice cream is tasty but a double scoop is way overpriced for the size of the scoops. Three double scoop waffle cones totals $25. Ouch - even in Hawaii.

Delicious, high quality ice cream, but the employees aren't very consistent in the amount you get. We both ordered single scoops in waffle cones, and I got a huge scoop (a double, really) and my husband's was much smaller. Different employees prepped our cones, but they were on the same ticket.

Delicious ice cream and fun Hawaiian inspired flavor choices. The flavors seem to be either coffee, chocolate or nut flavored. Not much in the ways of fruit. The waffle cone was very nice too.
