Lappert's Hawaii

I’ve been to Lappert’s several times over the past 10 years. This last time gave everyone a bellyache and was nothing like it was before. Menu was half covered with tape 1/3 of the flavours were out of stock, even the whip cream looked I whipped. Looks like a chain with no quality management and staffing issues.

Listen, you're not coming here for the service, which is pretty bad. Coming from the service industry I am always friendly and chatty with other service industry workers, but it doesn't really make a difference here. I feel like tourists can be aggravating though so - I get it. The ice cream is absolutely incredible - so i'll keep going back, haha.

A must-try ice cream spot in Hawaii. Really good amount of flavors like coconut pineapple and macadamia nut. Would go again.

The ice cream is delicious and the coffee is on point. It all tasted very fresh, but be sure to get the waffle cone, because that bad boy is the perfect compliment to their ice cream.

The ice cream here is delicious, I’ve come here three times in the last three weeks The same really nice lady was extremely friendly and every time I was very pleased. They had great size portions super kind and friendly staff

The last time that I came here May 3, 2020 at 6:45 PM it was someone different my son and I got two ice cream’s with the large waffle cone with chocolate macadamia nuts and we each ordered single scoop. The scoop was so small on both my sons Kahn and line that we could literally fit the entire scoop of ice cream on a spoon and eat it in one bite. Basically it was $14 for to waffle cones and two bites of ice cream. Super unsatisfying disappointing. The only reason they’re getting three stars is because of the great past experiences

Tried the chocolate and macadamia nut flavors here. They have a many options to choose from with waffle cones and also have sorbets and sundae options.The chocolate was good with hint of actual cocoa taste. Macadamia was just about ok....have definitely had better than this.

We had delicious banana ali'i and lava tube sundays. The kids were working hard and making beautiful and yummy desserts. Highly recommended if you want to mix it up from daily shaved ice like we did.

We had a lovely customer service experience from the sweet young lady behind the counter. Our 4 year old decided he wanted to get strawberry ice cream (which he’s never had) and I told him he should try it first and I asked for a sample. The girl apologized and said they weren’t doing samples right now which I completely understood and got him to choose a flavor he would like. After she prepared his scoop she put a tiny bit of strawberry on top for him to try. She was also very patient with my 2 year old that thought the glass was ice cream and proceeded to lick it. 🙃 the line does get long but it moves very quickly and it’s worth it. Thanks Lapperts!

The Ice Cream from here is outstanding. The flavors are very rich and yummy. My favorite when I'm on the island or Las Vegas.

OMGGGGGGGG this was the most refreshing smoothie/drink I've had on the island. I'm just a taken back by the refreshingly delicious sorbet smoothie. Wow I got a mix and it was a great choice! Try this Lappert's out, it's in Princeville soooooooo good!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
