The Boba Bar Paia

I was so thrilled to find The Boba bar! The owner was so kind and welcoming and my chai latte was outstanding. I even came back later in the day for a boba lemonade which was delicious. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in Paia.

Good boba but not so good customer service from those girls who were taking the order 😬

If you are looking for good coffee then avoid this place like the plague. Three people ordered three different types of coffee and all three went in the garbage.

Customer service was terrible I love supporting local businesses but the girls up front were dismissive, rude and unwelcoming. We walked in and they just gave us a stink eye. Not a hello or nothing. They weren’t wearing masks. The blonde girl and brunette upfront were having a conversation complaining about taking orders from customers and training people. We were so respectful about everything but the girls were just so cold. If I were the owner I’d hire people that actually want to be there.

I have to give this place some love! Their drinks are incredible - and they even have unsweetened tea for a less sugary boba option. I love the mango popping boba and all the jellies, and I love how they serve both boba coffee and tea. Thank you for bringing boba to Paia!

The girls at the counter were very nice and polite. The lychee butterfly was very good and perfectly sweetened. If you add the coconut milk, it is even better.

Tapioca pearls were good but the tea like others have said was horrendous. No sweetener. Tasted like tainted water. Should have looked up reviews before I went.

My nephew Anthony was craving a boba, so we stopped by, and he got Taro tea Boba and he said it was horrible tasted water down , if he could give a review it would be a zero 0!

Built an iced latte with lavender and boba.... It was delicious. The girls were super sweet and helpful.

Unfortunately this place was a bust. The taro tea looked pretty but tasted like water with a hint of milk. Ended up dumping it.
