Best iced mocha I've ever had! I also had the Gluten free, vegan donuts and the chocolate one is to die for! No kidding! The staff are nice and the place is full of character. I especially loved the gratitude chalkboard

Vegan and vegetarian friendly. Have delicious options even if you arn't. Grabbed the dirty chi and it had an awesome kick to it. Have cream, honey, agave, syrup and sugar to add. Had smoothies, juices, teas and a plethora of delicious pastries on display to order. Had a very eco and chic environment. Cute little plants at every table.

I love this place! Great coffee, great staff, great ambiance. Couldn't ask more from this local heaven.

I had a lovely Cacao Chai Latte the other day. Service was great, the space is very comfortable for sitting and sipping. The old vault is a cool touch.

What a great little place!! The town of Makawao is a must on things to do on Maui! It's a sugar plantation town on the slopes of Haleakala!
A must see and if you want a REALLY GOOD cup of Joe...Sip Me is the place! K

I adore this place. I want to highlight how amazing the customer service is. If everything else was awful, I would still come back here again and again for the service! I have no idea where the owner finds such wonderful employees. The croissants are incredible. It's so hard to find a pastry that is both moist and flaky. The espresso is full bodied and smooth. This place is always consistently great. I have never had a less than satisfactory experience here. Highly recommend.
