Ai Ono Cafe

I ordered a coffee here. A fly flew into my coffee and I asked for a new cup of coffee. One of the servers said to me “you can scoop it out and it is still drinkable”. I said that’s not sanitary and they said I would have to buy a new coffee. If I could give 0 stars I would. Knowing that they would do that to a customer they probably do that with all of there food. Avoid this place.

They made my burger fresh, and I got hot fries. The blue cheese could have been stronger, but that's personal preference. I was glad they put on enough to see, and I could still taste it.

Ignore the bad reviews from cranky travelers - the food is good. I showed up 10 minutes before closing on a Tuesday and got a great pork locomoco !

What I appreciate: reasonable prices for inside an airport (this place is after security - it's one of about three options including a bar and Starbucks).
What I don't appreciate: Styrofoam containers. Even for people eating-in (which is most people). On an island in the middle of a global marine plastic crisis, why oh why use Styrofoam? Compostable cardboard would be just as easy for them. Not a good last impression to make on visitors. 1/5 green stars for this reason.

Don't do it. Total waste of money for food I couldn't even swallow.

Horrible service. The cashier acted like it was my fault they were out of ramen when I made my order. When I asked for a Fuse drink,she offered a fountain drink instead. My sister was in front of me but was not served until at least 7 people were served in front of her. 3 of these people had the exact same order as hers. When this was pointed out to them, one said "You have to wait in line!" Food was overpriced and mediocre at best. Overall, very bad experience.

Whole experience was bad! Cashier by the name of Marivic was very rude to my partner and myself. Didn’t bother to tell us where anything was. Coffee was bitter. Food had no taste. She should not be at cashier station. Kept giving us dirty looks the whole time we were there. Stay away from this place.

Landed at 830pm and they were already closed and so was evey restaurant serving hot food so we we're forced to buy cold cut sandwiches for 10$ each. Be sure to pack a meal for kids before hand.
