Belle Surf Cafe

We visited the cafe twice during our time here. The first time was very slow, despite there only being two other tables in the restaurant, but the staff was friendly and food was quite good. We decided to return to just get two latte drinks to go (later in the week).

This time, it took nearly 30 minutes to get our to go drinks! It’s island life and they were busy - that I can understand (to a degree). But the kid working the coffee machine was rude and dismissive. When he finally set our drinks down after much huffing on his part - he plunked down two lids were too small for the cups and just walked away without apology. He was also rude to another woman who was simply asking for sugar for her coffee. Terrible attitude from this staff person. Would not recommend this place without a shift in customer service.

This little coffee shop is truly a semi-hidden gem! With delicious food and drinks and a lovely staff, I enjoyed my visit very much. The patio was a lovely place to enjoy some Mermaid Toast and mango tea. Thank you for a great afternoon!

Had the veggie crepe with spinach, mushrooms, avocado, basil, feta and I added chicken. I was hugely impressed by the size of the crepe. Sometimes the liquid from veggies can make a crepe disintegrate - not here! The preperation and seasoning were spot-on and the crepe was light but substantial enough to keep all the goodness inside as it was eaten. Absolutely a full meal and came with a beautiful green salad with a light vinaigrette dressing.

My friend ordered me a cold creamy coffee drink called "sand"- something. Can't remember the name, but it was absolutely delicious and not too sweet. Wish we had this place back in Austin, Texas!

Excellent Flat White and tasty avo toast! Best place in Maui to get Coffee and Breakfast! Its a beautiful place.

Good place for a coffee bite, don’t expect to get a full meal here unless you are 5 ft tall and on diet. SLOW service which I guess intended to leave guests room to chat? Good vibe, NO CREPES as 2/2/2021.

Very cute place and location. Ordered their “Hana” which has banana and Nutella. Nice presentation however was very disappointed in the amount of banana. Wife ordered one with strawberries and had very limited strawberries. For the price I would expect more of the ingredients in the crepe.

Great crepes and friendly staff! This is one of the few places in Maui that the food was actually good!

The best little coffee shop in Lahaina! Coffee drinks are carefully crafted and my crepe was delicious. The drinks and food take a bit but it’s well worth the wait. Put a hold on Starbucks for a few days and try this fantastic local place, you’ll be glad you did!

Innovative coffee drinks hot and cold. Crepes, sandwiches, bagels. Wonderful outdoor seating.
