We always come to Java Kai when visiting Kauai. Literally the best!

Amazing place for fresh bagels (comparable to NYC - we should know since we live in Midtown Manhattan!) with creative fillings and toppings. The best part is that it's not overrun with typical Kuaui tourists and there's always an interesting bunch of people to chat with, or you can just relax by yourself inside in the air conditioning or outside in the patio. Excellent coffee too!

We went here multiple times during our short vacation! Opens early, amazing coffee, delicious bagels, and super nice staff. Highly recommend stopping at one of their locations!

Amazing coffee, found it before going to Kauapea Beach and then drove specifically for it from Princeville. I was a fan of the Thai Espresso and my wife the Mac Nut Latte.

They accidentally didn’t input my food order and I didn’t notice as I paid, but the customer service on recovery was perfect. Nothing bad to say here, it will be a mainstay of our Kauai vacations.

Our favorite coffee and food spot while visiting the island! The drinks are yummy and creative, the food is delicious and Insta-worthy, the atmosphere is trendy and pleasant, the employees are welcoming and kind, AND the shop’s hours are ALL day! Easily our best coffee/brekkie experience while on the island. We came four times in five days and will definitely be coming back!

Coffee was very good. The protein bowl breakfast was tasty, but the açai bowl was absolutely delicious. One of the best I've ever had.

The coffees (latte) was super tasty. Place was beautiful and modern Scandinavian lookalike Only downside was that the customers sitting there was too fancy for the Kauai vibe, but you can do take out like we did. Still gets five stars because the coffee was outstanding.

Lovely coffee. Didn't eat here but the food looked amazing. I did buy a vest top - good quality material and their coffee cups are eco friendly 😊 nice shops nearby too!
