This is the best coffee I had in Kauai and one of the best Mocha I've tasted in a while. Being Colombian, I'm picky with my coffee. Although this is not a cheap cup of coffee, I'd gladly pay again. The pastries are tasty and fresh. Preping good stuff takes time, so don't go there with a rush; it's not Starbucks, and I'm glad it isn't.

I’ll add my review to the stack of 5-star reviews. Our breakfast on 11/15 was simply perfect. My power bowl was healthy and delicious. My chai latte put Starbucks to shame. My partner had a perfectly toasted bagel with cream cheese and a vanilla cappuccino. This has to be the best breakfast on Kauai, and it was reasonably priced ($30 for two).

Best espresso I had in Kauai. Perfect crema and served in a duralex picarde glass. Not over extracted. Extremely flavorful

Highly recommend stopping here if you are in the area. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. There was both indoor and outdoor seating. The shopping center has a restroom as well. The chai latte was excellent as was the dilly egg sandwich (they let you pick what kind of bagel) and the kaula pork Cubano (lots of meat in the sandwich).

Loved visiting Java Kai during our stay in kauai! We went here pretty much every morning! I absolutely loved the Maui mocha 🤤 and everyone is really nice. I highly recommend.

SO GOOD! We came here everyday for breakfast because everything is was just amazing! The surfer girl on an everything bagel!!!
