Best cappuccino I have had outside of Italy. I have tried for years to find a place that makes a cappuccino that is as good as the ones you find in the cafes of Italy and this is the first in 50+ coffee shops. The espresso shot is perfectly extracted, neither acidic nor bitter, and has a wonderful rich crema. The ratio of espresso to milk to foam is exactly proportional. They don't attempt to make overly complex latte art on a cappuccino which requires that they serve you a latte. The crema is mixed well into the milk foam instead of them simply plopping the milk foam on top of the drink. The milk foam is a perfectly smooth micro foam that is silky and rich as you drink it. Finally, they make this perfect drink fast instead of taking a half hour. The customer service is outstanding, very friendly and responsive. Do yourself a favor and stop here if you are in Kauai.

Save your money!! We ordered four different drinks, a latte, vanilla steamer, hot cocoa, and an iced chai latte; all of them were watered down and lacked any flavor. You’re better off going to 7-eleven for coffee or any place else really. The cute spot is 100% deceiving to the quality of drinks.

Great local roaster that knows how to roast. This was our go to morning cup everyday while vacationing in Kauai. You can get any bean on the menu as a pour over. It was my first time trying coffees from Thailand and India.
The baristas know how to pull an espresso shot. Nice crema and rich flavor.
Not knocking the iconic Kauai Coffee, but if you like coffee that's roasted to bring out flavor profiles natural to the bean, Imua in Kapa'a is the place for you. ☕

Coffee is ok but the muffin is no no for me on that day. It was Pineapple flavor muffin which was under baked, I believed.

A different special blend of coffee every morning. And they'll let you have a sample. Their muffins and pastry is good also. A repeat customer here!
