Best latte I had on the island.

Loved their latte's. Bring your patience.

I have eaten here multiple times before Covid-19 started and gave them a 5star review. Even during a pandemic with food and staffing shortages they still maintain 5stars for me. If you plan on ordering in you must provide them with proof of vaccination which I feel is common practice nowadays in Hawaii. The wait time was a little long but they did advertise how long wait times would be and let me tell you… the food is 100% worth the wait.

i got a veggie bagel breakfast sandwich on a taro bagel and it was absolutely delicious! so fresh and yummy. one of my favorite meals i’ve had on the island. the flower is a nice touch.
i also ended up getting an island latte, which was fantastic! i did want to get one of the frozen coffee drinks though, however they did not have a vegan option for the milk for that one, so i stuck with the latte in which i could sub the milk.
service was also fast and kind.

Food and açaí bowl is really good. Love it!

Typical Kona coffee offering. Use to get the Extra Fancy and Peaberry beans here, but now that it is $40+ a pack, it's not worth it anymore. There is nothing here that goes well with a pour over (everything is on medium-plus to dark roast). However, if you are looking for a decent cup of Kona coffee, this is it.

I went to the cafe in the back of this store. The atmosphere is also good and delicious.

Terrible service.
I’m afraid I’m not the only one who feels that way.
Many of my friends informed me how terrible services have been recently. I don’t like to listen to what other say but you store at Ala moana has very rude employee so rude I asked to speak to manager and she informed me she was the manager I was there Thursday may 12/22 around 11 am.
We will never go back.

I would never return to this place that super rude and disrespectful employee and customer service. One of the employees put her hands to eyes, saying, your Asian eyes were staring after she messed up the orders and made every order for 20 mins. After that, I sent an email to the headquarter and haven’t heard any apology.
