Island Vintage Coffee

Food and coffee are great. Organization is lacking. Hostess waited until the restaurant was almost empty to seat us. Wait was unnecessary. Table we were seated at was empty for over 30 minutes. Prepare to die waiting but food is worth the wait. I wouldn’t recommend for kids. It isn’t family friendly.

So glad we found this coffee shop! We had a breakfast sandwich, the acai bowl, lattes and a chocolate croissant, and they were all 10/10 quality and taste. Even better than some of the buffet breakfasts we had.

You have to try the “Vintage Kona Mocha” a cold Shake type drink that tastes fantastic! Much better then a Starbucks Frappuccino.

I got a cup of pour over 100% island blend. The quality of the coffee really shined through with the help of a proper pour over technique. Notably the barista extracted from the paper filter before putting the beans in, as well as using a timer to maintain the proper brewing time. Overall a great experience thanks to the employees who seem to really care about the quality of a cup of black.

Asahi bowl was fresh and delicious! It's a place where you can dirnk a real Kona coffee.

I was so happy to say my order but the girl pointed saying there , order there. On the big tablet she pointed , it was dirty. No one cleaned it , in a very long time probably. All the workers have bad attitude.. Not saying please and giving us customers mean glaring looks , kidding around when working. When order comes out only saying item name and I did not want to take someone elses Acai bowl in case someone may have order. When asking if its for my name. The girl says Did you not order an acai bowl? We just took the acai bowl and left. Customer service got so bad here.. and the place is so dirty now. Acai bowl was also little how disappointing. I hope your Boss is happy knowing yall are mean to customers :) two cameras pointing on front corner of stores and only accepting cards now.

Good, albeit expensive coffee. Loved the macadamia flavor.

Haupia moana acai bowl is very good, but ice latte is quite plain.

I feel like they need to hire someone to revise their operations. They have a huge line at all times. Especially during breakfast/coffee hot times. However , their ordering system is two touch screens at the front. Given that the patrons are all tourists, they take their time browsing the iPad, it really makes no sense. Their ordering system is also terrible. For example, all I tried to do is order an iced coffee. Seems simple right? Even the barrista didn't know how to enter it. He ended up just entering a hot coffee but he said he would make it cold. How strange! That alone had us holding up the line 10 minutes. Not sure if it's worth the wait

I’ve had the privilege of ordering the island latte at this location. The first two experiences I’ve had was great. Tonight, December 22, 2021, the quality of the latte was bad. I ordered 2 hot island latte before going to the gym. The taste and appearance was not the same. The barista was no good! The quality and taste of coffee was bad! It was rushed and there was no leaf design. It totally ruined my high expectations for this coffee shop! I’m not going to this place again 👎
