Chocolate croissant is just lightly drizzled but refrigerated. I took it unwarmed and wasn't told that they've basically been sitting in the fridge for days. Tasted dense, dry, and plain. No filling.
Coffee was worse. I ordered the princess roast black. No sugar no cream. Literally tasted like water, no aroma of coffee. I took it back and told them that. Barista said "you ordered the light roast" because light roast means light taste?
This place is an absolute scam.

Interesting place inside a larger space. Collocated with a market and restaurant and a bakery. Staff very friendly and efficient. I got a strawberry banana deluxe smoothie and a piece of banana bread. Both were solid choices but the banana bread was quite dense. Very tasty though. They serve gelato also but none of the flavors really interested me.

This place is hidden inside the Island Country Market and you can’t really see it from the street. They coffee is not bad, but It’s not really Starbucks quality if you are used to the strong aroma. It’s more for convenience for the hotel guests. They also have ice cream and other special drinks but this place is usually not that busy.

Thoroughly enjoyed our drinks here. (Iced chai and Iced Caramel Macchiato) Both were creamy and sweet.

Clearly my parent are glass makers bc after been standing here near 15 mins they finally acknowledged me but after all that I was turned off 😒 no Gelato for me.

Bad customer services!!! Take forever to get an order of Dalgona Coffee, instead making it, the employees (one of them her name is Aria) are laughing at me when I ask my order.

This space is GREAT! They have coffee, boba milk tea, pastries, and gelato. Nice, clean seating with free WiFi and outlets. The staff is always quick to help and very friendly.

At Waikiki branch by The Ritz-Carlton, employees, usually two, hanging-out the front entrance and don’t move or make space when customers enter and exit. Also, mashed potatoes were spoiled from the Gourmet Deli.
