By far one of the best coffee places I've been to. Does not have a feel of a typical chain. The baristas are trained extremely well in their own purpose built room, which you can see through glass windows. The food is great and quick. Having the coffee roaster in the center of the store is also a nice touch and the smell is wonderful.

Neat coffee shop. Great egg nog Latte. The roast master was very informative.

Each time we’ve traveled to Oahu, we frequent the coffee experience center. They have the best coffee & breakfast.

I was really excited to go here; it’s a little bit off from the central part of Waikiki. A very large facility with some tables around where the beans are prepared and roasted. There’s a small retail portion to the right where you can purchase beans, and other products; unfortunately I found that the service at the coffee bar was quite rude which really put a damper on my experience.

If you are use to good coffee, this is the place to go! Also lines weren't too long (because they are quick) and plenty of seating

I’ve only ever had an açai bowl here but I love it.
Very tasty and didn’t feel super heavy which goes a long way for making the most of the rest of your morning and day.

The inhouse songs/music they play were good but just too loud. We gotta speak up to hear each other well. Imagine the entire cafe speaking up? It makes it really noisy (unnecessary) and my ears did suffer. Not a relaxing coffee get together. The volume might be good if u just walked in or are busy with getting things done but I think I appreciate a cafe that's mindful of how loud the music gets, I couldn't sit there for more than 30mins. Good for the cafe's business I guess but I am not going back anytime soon. Good thing is, its spacious, has good coffee and good snacks, good parking.

Beautiful ambiance. It's a little loud because they're running the roaster in the center of the room, so don't sit at the bar in the center of the room if you want to hold a conversation. Theres plenty of other tables that are good for conversation.
Cheap Headphones worked well to drown out the noise to study.

We got there too late, and they had stopped serving food. So we opted instead to get a Hawaiian and Mocha Kona Frost. 8/10 for us. I think they're hot coffees and matcha are better. The girl that took our order at the service bar was not as friendly towards us. Didn't smile or seem in a good attitude.

The coffee itself was fine, nothing spectacular but good enough in comparison to other cafes on the island. The cashier didn't acknowledge me at first when I said hello at the register, she just gave me a side eye. I figured she was just busy and the rest of the transaction was fine I guess but when the barista quickly set my drink on the table and rushed off I kind of felt some kind of way. The shop wasn't busy and simple hi to acknowledge me would've been fine and a quick ' here's your drink' would've been nice too, it felt like my presence was an annoyance.
