Kreamkles of Valdosta

This was a great place to take my family to. We enjoyed their variety of choices of ice cream. Plus, the venue was well put together. We'll be returning!

My husband and I came here a couple of weeks ago for the first time, excited about the flavors and to try rolled ice cream. The 3 girls (probably high school age) were pretty rude to us. They looked as if they would rather be anywhere but there, even though only 3 other people were in the store. As soon as the girl got our order, she sat on a stool on her phone and was very cold to us. The girls handling our ice cream slid them to us on the counter without a word when they were finished making them, rolled their eyes, and then promptly went into the back room. It was pretty awkward for us as we were cordial and polite to them, saying thank you and giving them smiles. Don’t know if we’ll go back, even though we liked the flavor of the ice cream. I get that it may not be a glorious job, but there’s no excuse for someone being cold/ rude to customers for no reason other than that we decided to go get ice cream that day.

It was pretty good. I've definitely had better but this place is WITH OUT A DOUBT the best in Valdosta!! So if you are stuck in this town or passing through, give it a shot.

The experience was fun we all picked out a flavor then toppings , I will say mine was not as nice looking as the others but I had the guy and they had the girls doing there's ...parking was tricky but not impossible , overall I will go back for seconds ...the only thing I didn't like is you could only pick one flavor ice cream ..

Great experience! Recently spent a Friday night here, and it was nothing but excellent from the customer service to the ice cream to the smiles by all the customers! Staff greeted us as soon as we walked in even as they were assisting other customers. When it was our turn, not a long wait at all, they explained the menu and gave us some helpful tips! I had the s’mores’ and it was awesome! It was fun watching them make the ice cream! As we sat and enjoyed our time, the line never stopped nor did the smiles! The staff is friendly, and very hard working!!! Thank you Kreamkles!

Party of five went in to try for the first time. We all ordered different flavors. Three of the five added toppings. I ordered the cheesecake plain. The ice cream rolls are created in front of you. There is a workstation behind class that has a work area at -20 degrees as it was explained to us. The mixture is poured out onto the surface where it begins to freeze. The worker begins working it quickly and puts on a show that you can watch through the glass. Once it has been thoroughly mixed it is spread thin and then scrapped up. As it is being scrapped from the cold surface the newly formed ice cream curls and rolls up creating the ice cream roll. Several are made and then placed in a cup. If you ordered toppings they are then applied. Very interesting process.
There appeared to be a food menu. However, everyone there was having the ice cream rolls.

I love this place! The ice cream is delicious. I love the topping selections. My only recommendation is that the employees act like they enjoy their job and want to be there. I’ve been in several times and the employees are not very friendly. I feel like I’m bothering them, but the ice cream is so good that I keep coming back.

The idea is nice, they have a lot of flavors and toppings. Coconut flavor was very oily and didn’t taste anything. It took more than 40 minutes for two ice creams.
