Really really enjoyed the Crab meat Gulf omelette. It was so tasty that I went against polite lady etiquette and ate the entire thing.
The restaurant was crowded for brunch, but that didn't effect the cleanliness or customer service. Dynamite food and service.

The coffee is okay, they've gotten my order wrong before, but I'm not complaining about the wrong order because everything on their menu is delicious! The interior atmosphere leaves something to be desired with white walls that feel more like a cafeteria than a Cafe. Service is always hospitable though. I would recommend checking it out if you haven't.

This is such a great spot....I hate that I didn't visit sooner. As with many of my "go to" spots, I found out about them through Yelp. I'd seen people post about the cafe but never took the time to make the drive from Tallahassee. Don't make the same mistake I did. It is totally worth it.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We arrived shortly after noon on a Saturday. It is located in the heart of downtown so parking can take a minute to find. This is a small, quaint cafe with a nice family feel to it. The menu is a decent size with enough options to choose something whether you like seafood, pork or if you are a vegetarian. There is also a kids menu with 5 or 6 items on there. The coffee is very smooth and fresh. I got the brisket omelette (which I never had before but it was delicious. The food tastes fo fresh. I was satisfied without feeling heavy and bloated. I didn't take advantage for the biscuit dishes but I hear they are really popular....and they have a "cathead" biscuit which is huge! I will get that next time for sure. The portion size was perfect and the prices were fair.

The customer service is excellent. The server was pleasant, down to earth and attentive. The kitchen is somewhat of an open kitchen. They'd run out of fresh fruit so the kitchen manager just asked us through the window what we wanted to substitute. He then asked if our son ate eggs and said "I'm going to throw an egg on the grill for him too." We found that simple gesture to make our dining experience even better.

When we left, we had several staff members thank us for coming. The hospitality that this restaurant has is what many places have lost. I'll definitely be making more trips from Tallahassee to Q cafe.

the q has some of the best food the region has to offer. The owner and his staff are friendly and attentive. We go there as much as we can. I order something different every time, and have never been disappointed. Biscuits as big as your head! (Almost) and ask for the house hot sauce as it's made on site and adds a punch to any dish they serve. Forget chic filet, as the Q's chicken biscuit will make you slap your momma!

Great place for breakfast and lunch! Wonderful and friendly service! A variety of delicious entrees, sides and daily specials to choose. Food comes out fast, hot and delicious! Looking forward to coming in at least once a month with my wife!

One of my favorite places to eat. If you go you must order the “little but of chicken fried” it will not disappoint. The owner is always right there in the kitchen preparing plates to order so the quality of food is superb as he takes pride in his business.

Every time I have been to what my friends call "the Q" we have been greeted by wonderful hostesses and seated where we like. The waitresses are fabulous. Chefs are the best anywhere. I especially appreciate the fact that they tailor each order for the dietary needs or preferences of the patrons. Naturally, that means, "OMG!" The best I have enjoyed anywhere in T'ville and almost anywhere else. Lots of great dishes on the menu from great breakfasts served any time to amazing lunches. The daily specials are outstanding. Mark makes a habit of visiting each table as time allows. That personal touch makes time at "the Q" special for me. On top of that they cater. WOW! I can not say enough good things about Q Cafe.

Seriously good food. I try something different every time I go and have enjoyed my meal every time. If you can eat their entire breakfast biscuit you will need a nap afterward the thing is huge (picture the Big Mac from the adds but all biscuit).
They cater the the chillihead too as they have a large selection of hot to super hot sauces you can chose to add to your meals. Recently you can add sliced Carolina Reaper to your food options for that extra kick. Mark the chef really enjoys watching us suffer when we are crazy enough to order them as he will pop out to check up on us.

Really good breakfast food at affordable prices. The sausage gravy is almost like a spicy Crema. Biscuits are amazing, sometimes a little dry on the bottom but hot and doughy in the midsection. All in all better than IHOP but less hi touch than Savannah Moon.

It was packed and the food was ok, but needs some more seasoning. Great customer service.
