Wake Up Coffee Company

I'm giving four stars because of the inconsistency of this place. Some baristas (and the owner) are super nice and make great drinks, others not so much. I come there for coffee so I don't necessarily care about customer service if I get a good drink, but sometimes I get neither. Out of all of my experiences there with interacting with staff, a little over half of them have been pleasant. They have good quality coffee, tasty goods, and a nice atmosphere. The inconsistency is the biggest issue, especially since it's not cheap. No coffee place is necessarily "cheap" but it's worth the money if the drink is right.

Great coffee, lots a decent options, calm & inviting atmosphere good for studying, hanging out w friends, chilling, etc.

Solid spot. I get my fresh beans from here. Good place to meet/study when it’s not too busy. Gets very busy a peak times.

Yes, they are the best coffee shop on Saint Simons Island. They also have a great bakery. Highly recommended.

I’m picky but this is Really really great tasting coffee! I had hot coffee and an iced Americano. Both great!! Cute coffee shop with great service!

I love the vibe of this shop! Barista was super friendly, the cortado I had tasted fantastic and I loved that you could see the roastery inside the cafe.

This is a to go place for coffee on st simons island. I far prefer over Starbucks. The staff are excellent. Service is good and the staff are very helpful. Coffee is great

Good local coffee shop in walking distance to a lot of vacation homes. Great outdoor seating. Not a huge menu but great hot and iced coffee options.

The Island Mocha is fantastic! I asked a local what to get and this was recommended and I have had 2 so far this trip!!! Iced or hot, they are both great! It’s your coffee and tropical vibes in a cup and it’s heaven!
