Wake Up Coffee Company

Of the three coffee shops we visited in St. Simons, Wake Up Coffee was hands down our favorite one. The “Island Mocha” is sublime. Relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff.

I love this coffee shop!! I love the coffee, the aesthetic, and all the employees are very welcoming and give the whole place a homey vibe. And as a college student, I think it's a really good environment to study in too!

Great! The employee who waited on us was very friendly, had great suggestions for our first time there. Really good coffee drinks! Would return again if we were local!

Amazing coffee! Ended my long day on the island with a medium iced coffee with sugar free caramel and oat milk! Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed my cup of wake up, Driving through NC I stayed at a hotel in Wilson and to my surprise they had wake up for their morning coffee what a pleasant surprise. It’s a funny name but a very good cup o joe. I wish they had it in Maine

I have been coming here for a couple months now. The wait time for a drink seems to be slightly longer than a coffee chain. I'm usually willing to overlook the wait time, because I would rather support local businesses than chain stores. However, the last two times I have visited, my drink has been totally forgotten about. They did however offer me a coupon for a free drink on my next visit, so I appreciate their effort to make up for the error. I just find it unfortunate that they would forget me two times on two consecutive visits.

Best coffee I ever had. Way better than Starbucks. They know there coffee and take pride in sharing there knowledge.

I like Wake Up's minimalist look and menu; has exactly what you need and does it well- like their Island Mocha which was a real treat! And the baked goods are good too (the cookies are near perfect, IMO). Nice merch and whole bean coffee as well.
