The chicken & waffles was probably one of the best I’ve ever had; chicken was perfectly crunchy & waffles were light & airy. French toast was decadent & complimented with fresh berries. Mimosa was refreshing. Beautiful atmosphere in the park. Attentive staff.

Beautiful Forsyth Park is the backdrop for Collins Quarter. From host to server, service was excellent; friendly and prompt. Madagascar vanilla latte, Muesli and a side of yummy bacon made me so happy. A great breakfast followed by a post-meal stroll in the park. I could get used to this type of living.

Excellent food and service! Get here before 10am if you want an outside table. Our server, Belle, was very good and helped select dishes that were free of shellfish and gluten-free. I got the bacon and egg roll on GF bread and a side salad. Hubby was happy with his bagel and lox.

I was visiting from out of town and got a unique and very tasty Thai Iced Coffee (yes coffee, not tea) on a Friday afternoon, and came back the next morning for brunch. My cappuccino was delicious and my bacon and egg brioche roll sandwich was amazing! The atmosphere was also lively on a Saturday morning, a great start to my day.

One of the better breakfasts I’ve had! Ordered a simple platter, the Forsyth Breakfast and they killed it. Home-fries are in a league of their own. Most satisfying with a couple of espressos and a veiw of the park seated out doors!
Oh and the honey butter on toast!

Loving Saturday brunch at this place. It was really really crowded with a 70 minutes wait so I took a chance finding a seat at the bar. My luck! These bartenders are amazing. They work very well together and despite being busy they find time to talk with their bar customers as well.

Great breakfast spot in downtown Savannah GA located at historic Forsyth Park. The service and menu items are top notch plus a great cup if coffee to get you going. Close parking is a premium so plan your visit wisely or be prepared to walk a block or two. Love this place ❤️

French toast out of this world and the presentation was perfect with the fruit and flower!! Beautiful setting a must do if in Savannah!! All 4 of us did the French Toast as it’s one they are known for! Easy to get here and lots to see in the park as well

Our waiter Craig was amazing! He was so helpful and brought our dog a water bowl and recommended different things on the menu and places for us to visit. The food was art and tasted amazing!! I absolutely loved it! 10/10

While we (me and my wife) were planning to visit Savannah, we looked up for restaurants with great food and good experience and we heard a lot about Collins Quarter at Forsyth. So,we decided to try this out for a brunch and boy what an experience it was. To start with the logistics, it's better to have your car parked somewhere else because parking around Forsyth park is generally tight. We visited this place on Monday and there was a brief wait before we were seated. Our server Karli was amazing and she took good care of us. We started with a spiced lavender mocha and a grapefruit juice. I would strongly recommend the mocha. This is one of the best I ever had. For the food we ordered Shrimp and grits, and Fish and chips. The fish was a 10oz haddock cooked to perfection. The shrimp and grits were delicious. The place was crowded, a mark of a good restaurant, but we never felt that we had to wait since Karli was always checking on us. Thanks for such a lovely experience.
Tip: try sitting outside. It's really pretty.
