We LOVED our breakfast at Collin’s Quarter in Forsyth. Don’t sleep on the spiced lavender mocha…it was amazing. We got the chicken and waffles + crab cakes Benedict. Both were some of the best we’ve ever had. Our waitress Belle was a total gem and took care of us. We got there around 8:30 so there wasn’t a wait but I could imagine if you got there later that it would fill up fast! We will definitely be back.

The atmosphere was lovely.
Beautiful outdoor seating area facing the inside of the park with heat lamps working in the colder months.
I tried the lamb/beef gyro, it was incredible!
I also got a hot spiced lavender mocha, and it was so beautiful, the barista drew an elegant swan! It had a very unique but delicious flavor. It was a fun coffee to try ❤️

After a few more visits l also had their fried chicken Benedict and Berry French toast. Both were so delicious! 😍😋

Great atmosphere, excellent coffee and helpful staff. The spicy chicken sandwich was awesome and I would get it again. Plenty of inside and outside seating, but if you come during lunch or dinner expect a wait. There is very limited parking, however free parking on the side streets are available if you can find one. The shrimp and grits was good, but would not order again, just average. This is definitely a place I would come back and try a different dish. I would say if your in Savannah don’t miss the charming place. It’s also near a beautiful fountain and two kids parks

This was amazing!! Food was great and came FAST, it wasn’t slammed but they were busy for a Monday around 1 pm. Our waiter was great! The Thai iced coffee was good, maybe a bit too much cream though? The hash browns were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. They were very accommodating to any changes that needed to be made.

French toast with berries and lemon curd, crab cake Benedict, hot honey chicken and waffles, and bacon egg and cheese on brioche with pepper jelly. How could you go wrong? I have absolutely no complaints about this restaurant, I just wish it was closer to where I live. Everything was delicious, our service was awesome, and all food tasted fresh. The restaurant itself had a modern vibe, was kept immaculate. There are options for outdoor seating, indoor seating, and take out. There was no wait time when we went on a Thursday morning, but I saw larger crowds on Wednesday mid day (brunch time). If you’re in Savannah, you must try out Collins at Forsyth Park.

Went for brunch. Had the perfect weather to sit outside. Place filled up pretty quickly. The service was friendly and timely. Food was above average. Can't go wrong with the Shrimp and grits and a biscuit. Would definitely recommend going to this place.

This place is amazing. We had a great time. The service was fast, the staff was friendly and professional. We arrived for brunch and I had the lavender martini. It was my favorite cocktail in all of Savannah. I also had the mushies and toast with a sunny egg. Delicious. I would definitely recommend Collins Quarters for brunch or a date.

Came here for brunch on a Saturday. Note they do NOT take reservations for brunch. I actually prefer that because it allows for more spontaneity. The restaurant is located in beautiful Forsyth Park, with great views of the unique flora and fauna of Savannah. The wait for a table as approximately 10 minutes, which wasn’t bad because we got to walk around the park while we waited for the text.

Upon arriving our waitress was very friendly, gave great recommendations and made us feel at home. We ordered the berry and strawberry mimosas both were good but the berry mimosa was amazing! Highly recommend. After that we ordered wild berry French toast and crab cake Benedict for a meal, with a side of eggs, bacon, and cured salmon.

The food came out quickly despite the rush, and it was SO GOOD! Flavors, quality of food, textures were all on point. Crab cake wasn’t too oily and the wild berry French toast wasn’t too sweet. All the ingredients were fresh. Salmons was just the perfect finish to the meal. Also got a drink to go since Savannah is open container!

Service was amazing and the waitress was so welcoming that we decided to come again a couple days later on our trip. This time it was raining so we dined indoors. The atmosphere inside is beautiful, and modern. We ordered Vietnamese iced coffee and grapefruit juice to start. The coffee was a bit strong for me, but was still good. For breakfast we are mushroom and toast along with the fried chicken Benedict and the kale salad. Everything was high quality as it was before, but the mushroom and toast and salad is pretty standard like you would get anywhere. I just wanted something with more greens and less oil and meat. Since the ingredients are high quality the salad tasted yummy.

Highly recommend you come here if you have visiting Savannah, you will not be dissatisfied. The price is also great!!!!

We were served by Craig today and had a wonderful experience. He gave lots of helpful advice about travelling about Savannah. His positive energy made our day.

As for the food, the day was perfect and we probably would have enjoyed anything we had. We ordered the Avocado Toast and Crab Cake Biscuit. They were perfect for a brunch in the park.

I've taken two visitors here for Brunch and we are NEVER disappointed. The wait is never more than 15 mins. Always put your name on the list and opt into text alerts. Then you can walk around the park while you wait. The drinks have been phenomenal alcoholic and non alcoholic. The chicken and waffles was the perfect blend of sweet and Savory. The burger did a spectacular job of capturing that charbroiled taste. I love and hate that both locations have different menus. Sometimes I just wanna get the same thing at both, but alas. You'll always have my heart Collins.
