Had a delicious lunch today. I eat here often and always satisfied with meals. Today was an especially good meal - fried chicken livers, mashed potatoes, green bean, and beets. Hot cornbread rounded out superb meal. My server was Willa who is always delightful & efficient. I asked about the cook and learned a young woman named Tina had cooked the livers. Delicous, FRESH, Southern cuisine with friendly, prompt service! Absolutely top knotch! It was well worth the drive (36 mi.) and worth every penny! We even ordered carry-out to take with us.

Looks a little sketch on the outside but we saw the menu online and it looked very promising.
Delicious! Had hand-battered chicken tenders and mashed potatoes. Real ones! Not instant! Excellent fried green tomatoes, as well. Our server was very pleasant and refilled our glasses in good time. :)

We came to Rising Fawn for a two day getaway trip and ended up eating at Cafe 136 both nights. The food and service were top notch and the food quality and preparation were very good. We will have no hesitation stopping here again when we are in the area.

Went in with a group of 11 (including kids) while visiting Cloudland Canyon. Our server was awesome! Fast service, great home cooking! Everything was fresh, hot and tasty.
Desserts were yummy too - I think we had one of everything! Great food, great service and reasonably priced - can't beat that!!!
