My favorite coffee ☕️ place the Carmel freezer is the bomb 💣 you hear my with extra caramel and whip cream they have Starbucks beat and I don't care how anyone feels it's my opinion.... Awesome job Ellianos Coffee Co

Soooo....I think yall should try either the no meat breakfast bowl or the bacon breakfast bowl. The grits are always creamy and good! And I wash mine down with a strawberry smoothie! Always delicious. Sometimes the line can be a little long but it usually moves pretty quick. Other than that.... this is a good break from Starbucks lol.

I made plans to meet a friend here, not realizing it was a drive up coffee shop. We worked around it, enjoyed a great cup of coffee served by amazing people! Mateo, manager, and crew...I'll definitely be back!!

If you can go when it's *not* morning, you will enjoy quick and friendly service. However, the downside (and why the rating is only 3 stars) is how incredibly **slow** they are. During peak morning hours you will be waiting a minimum of 30 minutes. I'm grateful we have a coffee house in this area now. And the staff is always friendly and helpful. But just know you are in for a serious wait if you're trying to grab a cup on the way to work. This has been true both on mornings when they have someone on foot taking orders with the tablet and on mornings when you order at the window.

I'd never been here before but with the freezing wind I wanted something warm to drink without having to run into a store. The tropical green tea was fantastic and the blueberry muffin that was stuffed with cream cheese was so good, a great pick me up on a crummy day, both were fantastic recommendations from the staff

The food, coffees, and teas are great. The employees are friendly. The reason I rate Ellianos Coffee with a 3 is because of the speed of service. I visit this shop 3-4 times a week. Most times I have to pull off without ordering because the service is very, very slow. Last week I was craving their coffee so badly, drove over at 7:18am and there was only 3 cars in line in front of me. I timed it and it took 36 minutes for me to reach the counter to place my order. I was late for work but that day I didn't care because
I felt like I needed my Ellianos fix. I hope they can fix this issue.

First time ordering from here. I was pleasantly surprised! The service was great and my latte was DELICIOUS! Even better than Starbucks!

December 2021 edit: in the last 6 months I've been back 3 or 4 times. Each visit I've ordered the same drink and each time I got exactly what I wanted. Consistently good flavor and texture, and the employees are always friendly and courteous. Thank you for improving!
Original review mid-2021: Espresso drinks as inconsistent as the cute little stickers they use on cups. One day the latte is weak, a few days later it's so bitter you nearly cross lanes in traffic by accident. I'm not a coffee expert. I don't know their system. Is it beans? Is it lack of training? I want to love this place. The baristas are always extremely friendly. Say what you want about the mermaid but at least what you get there always tastes the same. Edit to add: very happy to see the response from the business. Adding one star for being responsive and I will definitely try you guys again.

Cute space but there is always an issue. Food is good if the order is right and if they're not dropping hot drinks on you. It's crazy that this is a coffee shop, but no one is awake.

Simply delightful! I wish there was a location closer to my home, but if I'm free and feel like spoiling myself, I would skip Starbucks and make the drive here.
