Love it here! Great atmosphere and vibe! Employees are friendly and helpful to newcomers! I discovered that this place is the exact same distance from my house to Starbucks…so I started coming here! The coffee is delicious and doesn’t have that “sickening sweet” taste or smell of commercial shops! The quiche is delicious! My only “complaint” is that they don’t have bigger cups! Lol But I fixed that! Now I just take pleasure in ordering two drinks and try different flavors! Love the Bourbon Caramel Iced Macchiato and the Lavender! I went three times this week…I’ll be back next week! Great place!

Wow just Wow 🤩 so shocked to find such a cool little coffee shop. We had a pour over Ethiopian coffee it was the best I have had between Utah and Georgia. And we tried the blue macha, scone and banana chocolate chip muffin. Great food and drinks that didn’t break the bank! Thanks for a chill space to hang out in a scenic little historic town in Georgia. Much respect to the veterans that own this gem!

I stopped here while passing through Harlem. The coffee, quiche, and muffin were all amazing. I wasn't expecting the stop but I'm so glad I did. Lovely staff and atmosphere. I'll certainly find my way back here again.

Love this place!! Must visit. Local shops in this downtown strip. Coffee and food is delicious and affordable. Love the interior decor, down to earth vibes. Very chill.

Came today for the 1st time ever with my husband and my 20 month old son. We are veterans and like to support veteran owned businesses in the area. There was no one else there. We weren't greeted until after the 2 woman were done with whatever they were doing on their phones. Their demeanor and vibe were off, they didn't seem friendly, let alone come across like they wanted us to have a pleasant experience here. I'm shocked after reading such great reviews. We 1st ordered a strawberry banana shake for my son. My husband asked the girl with glasses if it was made with ice cream because we misunderstood what she initially said. And both of these woman looked at us like we were stupid. At that point I told my husband I think they are being rude and I don't want to place another order. We were going to order food and 2 other drinks. As this was our first time here and wanted to try it up! So it's very unfortunate we weren't able to experience this place like we should have.
And the strawberry banana smoothie taste like thick milk. I don't taste any sweetness, or strawberry or banana. I've seen on images other drinks with whipped cream, so if that was an option for the smoothie, it wasnt provided for us. So thanks guys. We certainly won't come back. Our short experience did not match what was portrayed on the reviews I've read, by any means.

I loved my visit to Harlem Java House! Shawn was so friendly and j really enjoyed chatting with her, and my coffee was very good. The atmosphere was very cozy and I loved all the local artists things for sale. It is dog friendly as well and the owner has a dachshund that I hope I get to meet one day! Can't wait to be back to enjoy a coffee and pup cup with my two doxies.

Not even a coffee drinker, but the Oreo frappe and the strawberry cheese cake frappe were both EXTREMELY good. Amazing environment, staff is beyond kind. Sometimes there’s a little guy named Javie in there. He’s a little fur ball of joy. Highly recommended even to those who don’t drink coffee.

Great atmosphere to sit and chat with friends. The furniture is very homely and comfortable. The coffee and drinks are very delicious, but on the sweet side, so I usually get less sweet.

We've been coming to this coffee shop off and on for the last 2 to 3 years. Every time we visit the area. They have great coffee and food. The atmosphere is great for sitting and reading a book and grabbing a cup of coffee.

Great little place. Warm, cozy atmosphere. Did a great job hosting all the motorcycles for the Polar Bear Run!
