Ellijay Coffeehouse

A great local coffee & snadwich place. Very nice and friendly staff. Sandwich wasso yummy. If you are here visiting, a place to check out and chill.

A wonderful gem in Ellijay. I love they also have soaps, books, and other great items. Coffee, I tries the steamed white mocha, which is amazing with cinnamon.

The space is cool but extremely tight on a busy weekend. The service was excellent. The coffee was pretty sub-par on our one visit. Most coffee shops have a few rough ones given any day so I'm not blaming it for that. The only real disappointment was waiting for so long in crammed space for not so great coffee.

Quite disappointed in likely my last visit to Ellijay Coffeehouse. On 9/29/22, three of us were enjoying our drinks during a 'meeting' with at least 5 other customers in the big room when a lady basically shouts at us from the doorway that they are "closed, and we closed at 6:00!" It was literally ONE minute after 6:00! As we gathered to leave, ALL lights in main area were completely dark and nobody to be seen.

I work a downtown area serving drinks. I totally understand being ready to close at closing time, BUT there is MUCH BETTER and more tactful ways of telling customers you're closing and not just rudely running people off when you're ready to go home! This person definitely needs to work on a more tactful way of doing so!

P.S. All 3 of us bought drinks & tipped when we arrived; we weren't just using space...

Cozy place great people yummy food bakery and coffee. Wish they recycled or used more environmentally friendly to go cups.

Super chill atmosphere, quality drinks, nice staff... Pretty much the perfect coffeehouse.

The freshly baked vegan pecan cookies with a soymilk matcha latte were delicious! My husband enjoyed the caramel apple butter coffee, pecan cookie donut, and a cinnamon roll. The staff were all very friendly. Thanks for having a menu that includes vegan options!

I go here about every other day. Very chill open environment. Employees are very friendly and so are the coffee drinkers. This was a hot chocolate I ordered which was also very delicious.

Matcha frappe was delicious, employees super nice, interior is really cute, all the baked goods are made by the coffeehouse and were perfect
